I've had great experiences with Robert and Lisa. #2. I called needing a ride within the hour and was told they would contact Dave and see if he could do it. They said they'd call me and let me know. 10 minutes later Dave calls yelling and cussing "are you ready? You better be outside cause I'm here" (it is impossible to express the anger and stress Dave exudes. He is a man about to implode and explode at the same time.) I looked out my front door just as Dave comes flying around the corner and pulls in to my parking lot. I give him the I'll be right there sign and run to get my shoes. About 2 minutes have passed and as I'm trying to lock my door I can hear him cussing me. I'm 65 and disabled. "G D it lady come on! I'm putting it mildly. I get to the van and he's still cussing me about waiting so late to call. In the past he's cussed me for calling too soon so.... At this point I'm just tired of him cussing me and I'm an F-bomb thrower myself! I actually told him I was tired of his mouth. That's when he kicked me out of his dirty banged up passenger van and told me to call somebody else and never call them again. That's just fine by me because I found a great service with nice clean vehicles and really nice drivers. Give Raheem Taxi a try. I bet you like them

I go to school here and Im from out of state so I…read moreusually call this cab company because they are a few dollars cheaper than dave's and they have provided decent service for me in the past. I call them and they usually have my info i just usually have to update them what area of my school to drop me off,(that went normal), but one thing was forgotten, they did not ask me if I had cash or card. And they hung up before i could ask anyway. I prefer to use the card in this instance because thats all i had on me at the time.Knowing the drivers usually have invoice slips i wasnt that concerned. So a few moments later i get a call from the driver en route trying to ask if I had cash or card. I said card. He responds "I only take cash."... A little annoyed i told him something like "i only have a card." and then he presumptuously responds, "use the atm in the airport. Theres an atm in the airport." Willing to wait a little longer I said, "ill just get another driver" He quickly retorts "Im the only driver." with full attitude. So just being tired and annoyed, wanting to go to my dorm, I say fine. So i reluctantly use the atm.(1)im "college broke". 2)the atm is not my bank at home so bank fees ensued. 3)the minimum amount i could take out was $40. The ride is only $20)...... Ok so he arrives and puts on his genial customer serving show. Greeted by "you got the money, right?" I say yes. He offers to put my baggage in the truck. My larger luggage got damaged before I called and i "fixed" it to where i could repair it later. so I warn him not to pull from the top handle that just broke and to use the side handles and strap instead. I told him this three times whilst he proceeds to do exactly what i said not to do followed by "I guess I should have listened to you." So we're finally riding to my school and he gives me anecdotes of why he doesnt take card "Ive been had too many times..."(eyeroll) Anywho I arrived safely so you can have a star for that. River city, if your only cab driver for the day "only takes cash" please mention this to the customers. Nice guy that got me there safely he just had a whole attitude.......and didnt listen to boot.

But they lied to me and didn't show up. I called the same number this morning to confirm the ride and nobody answered the phone and they didn't show up. This cab company is useless and I would not recommend too anybody, they are liers and will stand you up. This cab company is no good.

Tried calling over and over goes straight to voicemail so there's no way to leave a message what the heck if anyone reads this do not use this company it seems like they are fraud, and the the FTC (scams) or CFPB (financial issues). I had to go my bank and get another card fearing you'd charge more money. I was foolish to trust you guys I learned my lesson never pay up front. Please take the pending charge off I told the owner I haven't seen my fiance in 3 months, you made a promise your daughter was going to be there to pick her up and call 15 min prior. This day was important to us and you ruint it You didn't even call to apologize or give a reason why. Shame on you and your daughter for the deception.
