Used this company for my wedding back in June. I was very concerned about the AC working as it was…read morean extraordinarily hot day. I asked them at least twice before the event 'Will the AC units in your vehicles perform well in the heat? My wedding will be hot.' They reassured me that their limo's were ready for the wedding. When the wedding came around they showed up with a different limo than what I had wanted and guess what - the AC didn't work. It was 110 degrees and we were in full tuxes. Company would only give me $50 off my rental. What a joke. Do not do business with these hacks.

Our actual driver was great, he was polite and done his job well. We live in a different time…read morezone, therefore we completed our contract in company's time. We set the arrival at our house to compensate for the time difference (one hour) and they showed up 2 1/2 hours late. I called the owner, he did was unapologetic and careless. Did not offer to adjust the price. He acted as if it was our drivers fault because he had another job. We were to arrive in Evansville with enough time to goto a restaurant, wait, eat then drive to the event. Arrive at our event with enought time to "shop" and enjoy the opening events. We arrived at our event about 5 min before main event was to start. It was supposed to be a special surprise for our kids and nieces and nephew. This service ruined that. Thank you SUV limo for your lack of excellence. We will NEVER use this company again nor recommend it to anyone.

It started with the limo arriving 45 minutes late after being on the phone 15 minutes trying to talk the driver to our location. He state his GPS was not working. We then proceed to enter a HOT passenger cab. The air would not function properly. Owner says it was due to passengers didn't know how to work it. Driver didn't know when asked. This was followed by a discovery that limo not blue tooth capable for audio. After contacting that owner, we were told to use an auxiliary cord to connect (this wasn't provided). We then had to stop at a store to purchase. After this, it wouldn't connect to any passenger's phone due to the outdated equipment!! Static radio is what we were forced to deal with for our 4 hour round trip. This wouldn't had been a big deal traditionally, but the nature of the event called for special celebratory music. The driver was kind, however he had no idea how the controls worked, was unable to provide us instruction, and did not have working GPS. He relied heavily on us to navigate to locations. The owner did respond via text and explained he would take an hour off our total for the problems. We arrived to our event an hour late drenched in sweat, and we made it home safely after a few wrong turns that added to our rental time. Owner refused to take anything more off the bill and still charged us for all the delayed time that was their fault. Terrible experience... do your research!

We couldn't connect to stream music Bluetooth or by plugging in. The driver I believe to make up time to Louisville, drove 90 MPH and it was very scary and uncomfortable to fly down the highway like that (prayed many times for my safety). Because the vehicle was out dated, did not have GPS and on the way home we went completely out of the way and it took even longer to get home. For the amount my friend had to pay, this was totally not worth it. He spoke to the owner upon returning and they did nothing to discount the use of the limo. I personally would never use this companies services after this experience.
