Your delivering to my house, I will be there with Id, why is this such a pain. If anyone has alternative places let me know but on principle I will not be using Higher Elevation again, stupid bureaucracy, super lame.

My only complaints are: 1) the Vape pen came with no instructions. I believe I overdid it the first night and had bad side effects.

I was told that I had become "emotional" about a month ago about a delivery to an incorrect address (despite my having made sure the address I had clarified WAS correct). I have been treated terribly by them since and have decided to sever ties with Trees, and subsequently received this text in response from the main manager- "Actually your the one that mistreated this business, M- and R-. They placed a bad review against you. You didn't answer us that day and ordered from a different dispensary. You are rude and not considerate to this business and our other patients and drivers. We will not regret not having you. Bye!" (and there was an emoji of two finger giving the peace-out sign). It was confirmed to me that I have been a customer over 100 times. They knew my address. Don't regret having them. Skip Trees. (for the record, I always tipped, always had a smile and conversation with the delivery guys, and the man who used to answer the phone). I was a good customer - and I only ordered from the aforementioned different dispensary after they delivered to the wrong address and blamed me for it.

Some doctors really should not be doctors and I feel like Dr. Kalisetti falls into that category…read more She's probably fine if you're completely healthy and never need to see anyone other than for a yearly checkup. Completely apathetic and makes it clear that she can't be bothered actually becoming familiar with you and your needs. For example, I went to her about a shoulder issue, she took an x-ray and sent an email saying "Looks like tendinitis. Hope you feel better." A month later, I told her that the pain was worse and that it really needed help and her response was to become agitated and snap at me that it was my fault because I wouldn't "let" her treat it. Not sure how saying, "Looks like tendinitis. Hope you feel better" is an attempt to treat it. Another example - she prescribed a medication to me and said that it might negatively impact my liver so she was going to order a blood test to check it once I started the medication. I started taking the medication, a few weeks later went for the blood test and when the results came back - she sent me an email saying that my liver results were elevated . . . nothing more. So I wrote back and asked if that was because of the medication and what it meant and she wrote back, "I don't know." :-| Seriously? SHE DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER THAT SHE ORDERED THE TEST AS A WAY TO MONITOR WHETHER THE MEDICATION SHE PRESCRIBED WAS IMPACTING MY LIVER. Or . . . she didn't care. Either way . . . she should not be a doctor. Anyway, I have several other examples (like when I had an accident and messed up my foot/ankle and she did nothing other than wrap it - no crutches, nothing - and when I went for a follow up (with another doctor because she wasn't available) they sent me to an ortho doc and he said that Kalisetti should have sent me to him at the beginning; etc, etc., etc.) but, long story short, that was the final straw and I told PAMF that I didn't want her as my primary anymore and now have a great PCP there.
