I was amazed by the quality of the items here, there are things here that you may never see for sale again, if you're a real collector who appreciates those rare and unique pieces you will love this place, this is by no means a junk store so if you're looking for cheap artsy and crafty things that most of today's "antique" stores seem too gravitate to keep driving this is no thrift store. The hours here are very limited but the owners tell me they are trying to turn this into a full time business so stay tuned. They also sell off their Facebook page and have a eBay store, but if you like to see and feel something before you buy it then you'll need to make the drive to McIntosh. I promise you won't be disappointed I definitely see myself returning often...

You can park along the street, as there are no signs prohibiting it, but the vehicles do block the majority of the right lane. We were greeted upon entry and checked on during our perusing, but before entering we were also greeted by a Calico cat on the ramp leading to the entry door. They demanded a tax in the form of pets, which of course my wife had to oblige. The place is an older two-story home, which was obvious by the creeks of the floorboards. They have a lot of items to look at, which we love in a store; however, it would seem they are more geared to children with all the holiday items from Easter, to Halloween and Christmas. In the beginning, we were not impressed because the holiday items seemed to overwhelm the senses and draw attention from the actual antiques we were there to find, but the place eventually grew on us. Unfortunately, we did not find that had to have item and even though we enjoyed the time, we will not be adding this place to our favorites list to return yearly.

THIS is THE antique shop in central Florida for 10k & 14k jewelry, as well as fine silver! Truly a gem! Prices are reasonable, discounts are given, & service is excellent. I was referred to this shop by a friend & by a vintage shop owner nearby; they spoke highly of this establishment & Monica, its owner (& for good reason). Why buy fine gold jewelry @ full price when you can buy it in mint condition here for half the price. (Per Monica's reasonable request, I have not included pics of the jewelry cases.)

While driving through some of these smaller towns along the route I always have my eye out for these little antique shops. Although these shops have taken on an entirely different dimension than those of the past there are still a few that believe their floor space is much to precious to be filled with garage sale and thrift store leftovers. It was refreshing to find this store holds that standard still today - I think it's almost impossible to accurately identify where you draw the line but this place does a pretty good job of it. Unfortunately I didn't find anything that made me reach for my wallet but there are lots of quality pieces here and although we caught the staff in the middle of their lunch they did give us a nice greeting and offered any help if we felt we needed it...
