I have a few places that I already go to at times therefore I did not rush to go. Man! I have been missing out. The truth is that my godmother recently reminded me again and randomly I realized that I was friends with the owner , Ms. Sharon on fb. Funnily enough the exciting news of this establishment recently being featured in the Newspaper crossed my timeline and I put two & two together! From my reaching out to make an appointment until paying for my services the customer service was superb. Everyone that assisted me did it with pleasure which I appreciated. I got the Pink Package that included , massage, facial, foot scrub, hand paraffin treatment and a glass of wine. My oh my ! Worth EVERY PENNY , seriously. As I stepped in the building I felt the Island breeze take me away. The waiting entry is decorated with great attention to detail, which I loved. Then as you walk down the hallway to the outdoor oasis it was as if the staff stood at attention on post passionately to service their client. I chose to have my treatments done outside to give me the full island flair. The calming music and the majestic hands of my masseuse were perfect. I know when I'm getting a really good massage because I tend to fall asleep. I always try to wake myself up though because I want to feel what I'm paying for , lol. Needless to say I fell asleep almost 3 times during my massage. I appreciated that my masseuse allowed me to guide the massage by asking what I wanted more , less or none of. The facial was great as well. And I was given a card with products I can purchase to enhance my skin beyond the spa. Everything was absolutely charming. Honestly, if this spa had a hotel with some amazing West Indian food and view I would stay! Maybe that can be something in the works . Appointment made for next month and I cannot wait . I said hmm let me call them up and see if I could be seen today and followed their text appt making process and 15 minutes later BOOM I was with an appt hopped in the shower and drive 20 minutes to the place. I parked around the corner and texted when I arrive as they suggested. From what I understand it is difficult to get an appt and I was lucky and i literally was. For my first time it was PERFECT! Beautiful, calm zen vibes, clean cozy rooms for service and Jackie held me down by consulting me first and the performing a European facial. I felt overjoyed and pampered and my face was red so I didn't take after pics but I assume that is to be expected. We had discussions about my skin needs and even my teenage daughter. I plan on inviting my family and friends. I got my more than my groupons worth and paid cash for tip. Real gem in the middle of the block I tell you. I wish it were bigger but it is just right.

There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel. I would not recommend spending your money here, you're better off going elsewhere, with more understanding service.

Nonetheless, it is a soothing and low-key place, and the staff is always pleasant and sweet. Owen is probably the best masseuse on staff, but Ava and Grace are also good. For customers who haven't been here before: please consider tipping generously. These people put time and actual physical effort into giving you a great massage. I always tip at least 25% (so for a $50 massage, $12-$14 is my bare minimum) and I give actually way more than that ($20) gladly. I love that they asked us our preference of the masseuses gender as well as if we wanted to be together or not. The rooms are separated by curtains, which makes it easy to transition from single to couples massage, without having to wait for a couples room to be available. With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol.
