Very professional, when I said I'm not yelling I am asking a serious question why do you park like this blocking the street they had no retort and got even more belligerent. Oh and I am not talking about the machinery in the street, that is ok. It is the parking of the truck and trailer especially when someone is parked right across the street like that no respect for the neighborhoods they work in.

When I called him just to roll my lawn, he told me I also needed it…read morede-thatched, aerated and leveled, also insisting on seeding my lawn, despite my concerns for how late in the year it was (later October). Jeremy assured me there was plenty of time for the grass to germinate in the many bare spots he had created when he "leveled" out my lawn. That grass seed never did germinate despite my meticulous watering at his direction; it never came up in the spring; in fact, I couldn't get ANYTHING to grow where he had put down dirt - except for weeds (I laid down seed several times that spring/summer so I could not apply a pre-emergent - funny, the same grass seed grew in other areas of my lawn Jeremy hadn't touched). I tried to contact him several times, asking for re-seeding or a refund and he continued to blow me off all spring/summer of '25. Hopefully with the pre-emergent I applied this spring the weeds will be kept at bay until I can try to seed again later this summer or fall. Fingers crossed. JEREMY, IF YOU SEE THIS, I'M STILL WAITING.

The tree that was removed DIDN'T EVEN BELONG TO THE PERSON WHO CONTACTED THEM!!!!!! it was a perfectly healthy, beautiful red maple that we planted 20 years ago, ON OUR PROPERTY, for my dying grandmother to look and admire. Instead, this company listened to a landlord who lives on the East Coast and doesn't even KNOW where the property lines are!!!! Editing review: Once we reached out, Eduardo was beyond apologetic. He stated he was just doing what the landlord said and is doing everything in his power to rectify the situation. Not only working with us, but also working with police. The situation is extremely overwhelming and frustrating, however, his empathy and eagerness to rectify the situation has definitely helped. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, he was taking orders by a clueless landlord and didn't know/or think to look into the situation
