He was very cautious about our health as well and suggested the best solution to both outside and inside infested situation due to our cats. He came over on time and did a great job eliminating the fleas. We haven't had any issues since. He also gave great tips and advice for cleaning our rugs and wooden floors in a natural and healthy way to make sure all fleas are eliminated over the next days and weeks. Very not professional. I have a sprinkler system with six groups. I called Larry and ask him come to check and fix one group issue. He came and after checked, he took off the wire and left. He mentioned that sprinkler group doesn't have water and no need to connect the wire. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. I put the wire back and it is works, but still have issue which that's why I called him come to fix. Very unprofessional. Even I can found where the issue is, but he cannot. I inherited a Rachio Generation 1 sprinkler system when I bought my house a couple years ago. All of a sudden, 1 of the zones wouldn't run automatically any more, but I could turn it on manually. Recently contacted Green Guard for a quote on landscaping services. Larry came out and we discussed what I was looking to do. I let him know that my priority was the front yard, but was interested in getting a quote for the background as well. The consultation went well. So I thought...we even chatted about family trips back to Hawaii. So why the 1 star? After a week of of no communication, I contact Larry to inquire on the status of the estimate. He then responds and he says he can't accept my project. I ask him why and he responds with the following: "I felt during our consultation that most of my ideas concerning the process of the project were ignored particularly about my suggestion of getting an excavator or tractor in the backyard through the gate to remove all of the stumps and roots and vegetative material. You wanted to put a new gate up before you had a chance to work on your backyard. I just feel that we may have difficulties working together so I have decided to respectfully decline on this project." I'm sorry you felt the only way you can do my project is if you tear down a concrete retaining wall in order to get a large piece of equipment in my yard. By the way, you forgot that I already told you that the gate was already scheduled to be replaced prior to our meeting. As far as ignoring your ideas, I did no such thing. In fact, if you recall I stated that I'm open to hearing your ideas for trees, plants, and designs. You seem to be hung up on the backyard. Even though I told you my priority is the front yard. Like I replied, I respectfully accept your decision to not take on my project. As a business owner, you have every right to accept and decline jobs as you see fit.
