We liked it. The only lollipop I could find was by Original Gourmet. Ugh. Those things just aren't very good. But did I buy one? Yes, and for $1.29. Very nice cashier. Cleanish lone ladies room. Coordinating with my coworker who was driving in from Plainview for pickup we literally texted each other with a two minute difference in arrival time. The Crossing was the first gas station / convenience store I saw in town. Pulled in and once the exchange was done we ventured in for a potty break and drinks. First time seeing a salad bar in this type of business. And, it actually looked appealing! We've all traveled major roads in whatever state you're from. Yes, I've snickered at gas station sushi in Mississippi. There are things you DON'T want in this setting. Yet, The Crossing made it look seamless. Clean bathrooms at least on the mens side. Usual suspects like Hunt Brothers pizza present and a glass case full of fried goodness too. I think they do burgers too? We grabbed drinks not big enough for a million stops to return and went our separate ways. Ten employees working but nobody was super friendly.

Now more attitude for pointing out a second mistake!!! Leave, finish pumping gas and there is no paper to print a receipt at the pump. If you have gas pumps with printable receipts, then have paper in the machines!!! I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this store!!! DKP needs to be advised that you are not honoring the Core Water promotion, I am sure the store is getting a rebate from KDP for selling the waters at full price!!! That is double dipping and unethical. IBC needs to be advised they are not honoring the promotional deal. Can you imagine how many people did not catch that price discrepancy???

In fact, I heard quite the opposite on a Bob and Karri youtube video recently. My complaint was that you couldn't walk to the Love's Truck Stop store from the RV park. Bob and Karri's complaint for another Love's that they stayed at on the east coast was that they were too close to the Love's Truck Stop store. So I guess not everyone can be pleased. Anyway, the bathrooms and showers were clean and private. We'd stay here again.
