The owners of our local lawnmower business recommended N & O Lawn Care. I met Noe and he was very down to earth and reasonable. He did a great " Spring Cleanup " and reseeded my front lawn. What astonished me, was Noe's commitment to making sure my new lawn was perfect. He returned periodically and even asked if he could mow my lawn ( I was still doing my own mowing) because he felt, I wasn't properly caring for new grass! Over the years, I've consulted with Noe and hired him to do masonry and other landscaping related jobs. N & O also has been handling our snow removal and doing an excellent job! This spring, I decided to let them take over the mowing and it was the wisest decision I've made regarding our landscaping! Our lawn and flowers look great and I think our resale value has doubled! Ok I might be exaggerating but our property looks gorgeous!

I called in, knowing absolutely nothing about grass or really what I needed other than I "need grass in my backyard", got someone on the phone who was very knowledgeable and helpful and knew how to help me, gave me a reasonable price quote, had someone come to me right away, and moreover, did even MORE: There was a tree stump in my backyard, that Greg when he came over even helped me with trying to chainsaw it down. He gave me advice on watering, optimal grass care, custom-tiled my grass to my weird looking backyard, gave me tips on how to clean up the sod delivery, and was just overall very above and beyond what I expected when I called in earlier that day with an "I need grass today" request. I called in a couple of other places, too, before I chose NYC Grass, and 1. they are faster than anyone else that I could find, 2. they seemed more knowledgeable and willing to help and transparent about how they work, 3. their pricing is super super reasonable, and 4. they are very flexible, they said they can work with whatever kinds of backyards (high weeds, tree stumps, and all) and they work fast too. So, 5/5 for sure!

It was about two years of disappointing lawns and finally I let him go. So last year I started using them and they do excellent work. They always show up on the day they promise the work is excellent. But early spring this year I was also a little unhappy with sav-a-lawn so I gave them the fertilizer and seeding as well as landscape and Maintenace. Well I have to say they really impressed me. I should have switched sooner. Lawn is so green. No patches or weeds. They also do a great job with the blowing weed whacking. Very happy. My wife and I were taking today how great the lawn looks. Best lawn we've had since 2009.

They did not show up on the scheduled day as agreed but nevertheless the yard was the cleanest I've ever seen it given the other landscaping companies I've used over the years. The second, larger job was to install drainage pipes to address an ongoing water and flooding issues. After a total of three visits, I received an explanation of exactly what would be done and the cost (which was higher than verbally stated on one of the previous visits). For the amount of work that had to be done, I believed the price was fair. I asked for a written estimate which I still have not received either with the original quote or amended amount. Having been a homeowner for 30+ years I am aware of all the various terms and how vendors like to be paid. After agreeing to the price and a start date - no one from the company came on that date or called to reschedule. I will now look for a more reliable, communicative company with which to do business. I have always tried to give independent vendors my business as they generally do a better job that larger companies...but I'm done with CTM.

We were putting our house on the market and were in desperate need of some serious landscape cleanup. It was way more work than I myself could handle. I gave these guys a call and within 24 hours the crew showed up and completely tranformed my yard. We stayed on a weekly cut schedule with them until the house sold. The landscaping was one of the major selling points. Kim was my contact at Giglio. She is great. I highly recommend Giglio! For the amount of work they did i was expecting a much bigger bill. The pricing is extremely fair. We will be calling them for our next house that way I have more time to spend with the family.

They showed up as scheduled despite an intense thunder/lightning storm; they waited until there was no more lightning danger and worked in the rain until dark to remove two huge trees next to my house. They returned with the stump grinder early the next morning to eliminate the stumps, remove the large trunks from the previous day, prune a number of other trees, chip the smaller limbs and cut the larger ones into firewood-sized logs for me, and then did an incredible job cleaning up my roof and yard. They also laid down plywood on my lawn to protect it from the heavy equipment. All this for a price that was 60% lower than the highest quote I received and only slightly more than than lowest quote (from a company that didn't have the same stellar ratings as Woodland and wouldn't have been able to do the work for 2 more months). Very friendly owner, receptionist, and overall staff. I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provided.
