The only place I have found in Central Oregon (CO) with duck legs and fat for making confit. Also beef shanks for Ossobuco. Beef knuckle bones for making demi glace. The one thing that was absent was the spinning wheel booth where children and adults can try their hand at spinning wool. These are delicious. Moist and not greasy. The owners and staff have all been very nice and accommodating - hence hot Cheetos with cheese my daughter really wanted them. They don't always have them so it was lucky they had hot Cheetos that day. The place is always clean. I must say, the tamales are actually delicious. Unlike ones I paid for $8/tamale at a Bend festival (no single tamale is worth that much unless they're giant and actually delicious) which were not good at all. I forced myself to eat those.
