He continued to insist even after I showed him the evidence. The manager stepped in and rather than acknowledging the mistake, doubled down alongside her employee. When she offered a resolution, key information was withheld until we were already in the process of completing it. When I pushed back, the manager became condescending, spoke over me, and actually laughed at my concern. This is not how any customer should be treated, let alone a medical patient. The willingness of staff to misrepresent a product to a customer's face, and the management response that followed, suggests this is less an isolated incident and more a reflection of how this location operates.

He's not someone who will…read morerubber-stamp any request, instead he spends serious time with new patients figuring out exactly what will serve their needs and give them real relief from chronic pain and stress. When I first became his patient I was dealing with 45 years of leg and hip pain plus the huge job of caring for my mother with dementia. I had suffered from bad insomnia for more than 24 months! But I was determined not to overmedicate, as I spent ten years on heavy pain killers as a young woman, the last two years slowly building down the meds until I could go cold turkey. I have taken the same dose of medical marijuana every evening since I first saw Dr. Davis: no increases in dosage, and I sleep for a minimum of seven hours a night. I can honestly say it, and Dr. Davis, saved my sanity and maybe my life.
