I have found my vape I cannot seem to find anywhere else, and their slushies are amazing, however the cherry on top was truly the gentleman with kind service I will definitely be coming back!

They carried my cigarettes and had a competitive price for cartons. Mid June I stopped in for my cartons and also was looking to buy a vape pen/battery. The young man working (who I believe is a younger brother to the owner, but I'm not sure) introduced me to one that resembles an ear bud case. He was a great salesman and I purchased it. I used it multiple times without recharging it. Naturally, it eventually died. I plugged it in and the charging light lit up. A few hours later the light is out and I try to use it only to find out it still has a dead battery. I tried multiple remedies, chargers, cables, car, house etc. etc. without success. By this time it is early July. I take the pen back to the store (with box and all accompanying accoutrements) to see if they had a remedy. I was politely told there is a no return/exchange policy. However, I should stop back in when the "bossman" is in. I am told that is generally in the morning hours but could be anytime. Mid July I stop in and speak to a different employee and was told basically the same thing. "Speak to the bossman". Late July I stop back in. The employee working was (I believe) the employee who originally explained the non return/exchange policy. This time she stated she would send her boss a text explaining the situation. After about 15 minutes she had not received a response and I began to leave. Just then she stopped me and told me that her boss was on the phone. The male I spoke to again explained the policy which I agreed I knew. He stated I should have tested it that day, I explained the problem was not detected until I attempted to recharge it, He then asked why I waited so long. I explained this was my third visit to Lake City in 30 days and I had stopped each time. The man on the phone stated he could offer me a 15% discount on a product but that was the limit of the offer. I declined and advised him he would no longer receive my business. I then left the store. After a google search and two emails with the manufacturer I was told I would receive a new product and to dispose of the malfunctioning one. I, like many, still appreciate a valued brick and mortar retailer in the world of e commerce. A huge part of a customer/retailer relationship is reliability. I rely on a retailer to provide me a quality product and back it up with outstanding service. In return, that retailer can rely on my hard earned money and recommendations to friends. I, unfortunately, can no longer rely on the Mr. Tobacco Drive Thru.
