We started with the cowboy bites- a cross between a jalapeño popper and corn fritter served with a chipotle ranch. Oh man were they YUMMY!!! It is a very generous portion so could easily have served 4 people. For our mains my BFF had the smoked chicken BBQ sandwich with sidewinder potatoes. She said the sandwich had great flavor, meat was fine perfect and moist, and loved the potatoes- which looked like extra large spiral cut fries- perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I had the smoked Pitt beef sandwich with tater tots. The sandwich had pimento cheese on it- my mouth is watering now! Such great flavor all around. And the tots were done perfect. Portion of everything was very generous so we both went home with at least another meal! Our server was attentive, prompt and answered all our questions. The fish was cooked perfectly and seasoned just RIGHT!!!. I asked my buddy how the pork was, and he said it had good flavor and was not dry at all.
