The girl in the store was too busy looking at the computer. Even when I approached the counter to look at items displayed there, she didn't take her eyes off the computer . I hate this is not a five star rating--we must have hit it on the wrong day!

Beautiful yarn, wonderful fiber folks…read more I am so glad that Lubbock has its own yarn shop! The store is wonderfully laid out and is a treasure trove of the most niche and the most sought-after goods in the fiber community. I was not expecting all the accessories and locally made goods. I love this store. I feel so safe and happy when I go. I can't want to go again! Last fall, the owner ordered in yarn especially for little ol' me. I desperately needed the yarn to finish a project, and she helped me beyond anything I could have reasonably expected. Thanks, Marni! Your store rocks!

This location just opened about 4 months ago and they have a wide selection of all hair products/extensions. Everything is neat and organized and the workers are friendly and informative. Will definitely be going back.

I had a really awful experience at this store. I came in to purchase extensions, and before I…read morebought them I specifically asked what the return policy was. The employee told me in order to return the extensions "they must be in good condition" in order to get store credit/exchange. They were way too thin for my hair so I came right back to the store an hour later and they told me I couldn't return them because I opened the package.... then they proceeded to tell me the return policy is that the package must be unopened. "Unopened" and in "good condition" are TWO ENTIRELY different things. I have never purchased extensions before, I specifically voiced my concerns that they might be too thin and wanted to know what the return policy was. I would not have even purchased them if I knew I couldn't open the package. The manager only offered to give me a discount if I bought more extensions and refused to give me store credit. This is really unfair and borderline deceptive trade practices. I would be very cautious about what you buy and be very clear about what the return/exchange policy is before you spend any money here!!!!!!!!!

I made an appt to try on bridal gowns here, yet it was not necessary because they do not pay any…read morespecial attention to you whether you make an appt or not. I was left on my own to pick out the dresses, hold them, find my way to the dressing room and try them on. My fiance was with me, and since there was no one to help me put the dresses on, he did. When the girl finally decided to check on us, she kicks my fiance out of the entire fitting area because he's a guy. She barges in while I'm undressed (did I mention she did not even introduce herself to us?) and barely knows how to help me into the dress. We left directly after that because this is the most unprofessional joke of a bridal salon we've ever seen. Their selection is horrible, too. If you're looking for terrible customer service and a wedding dress that looks like a 15 year old's junior prom dress, by all means check this place out. But don't even consider bringing a male because they are not allowed!
