Sincerely disappointed in this locally owned business. I love to shop local and support small businesses. However due to the lack of customer service this one has now lost my business. I love to buy Kickee pants and sweet bamboo for my grandkids. Right before Christmas I went INTO the store to purchase some last minute gifts for my grandkids. In the back of the store is a sale section and it is listed that all sales are final. I decided not to shop in this section because I was a little unsure of the sizes my grand daughter would fit into. In the main section of the store there was a 35% off sale rack (the only words on the sign) nothing about this sign stated all sales final like the section in the back. The owner helped me pick out some items I told her I was unsure of the sizes and that my grand daughter was 2. While looking at an outfit sized 18-24 month I was still unsure she told me she thought it would fit. So I purchased my items and left (happy). Fast forward to today I went back into the store since the outfit I purchased for my grand daughter was too small. I just wanted to exchange for something else that would fit her. I walked up the the register where again the owner was there she informed me the item was a final sale. I explained to her it was not part of the back section where it stated all sales final. She again said she would not do anything and would not let us exchange. She said the policy is on their website (well I'm not in the website I'm IN THE STORE) where still the same 35% off sale sign is still hanging and not saying all sales final. She said right by the register is a TINY TINY piece of paper with their return policy. What I am most upset about is she helped me pick out the outfit and seemed more interested in making a sale then actually trying to help me. I won't be shopping here again and it makes me sad not to support a local business but I will just buy online or elsewhere instead. I would be cautious when shopping here. Absolutely love Green Dazzle Baby. Greatest selection of the best brands and highest quality items. Things you will never see in a Babies R Us but are too expensive to buy sight unseen online. If you are looking for organic baby clothes this is the place to go. Silk Berry is one of my favorite brands to put on my baby, they are the only place in town that carries it and several other must have items. If you are expecting or have young ones you must go check this place out. Only complaint is if your not looking for it you won't stubble across it. read more

Green Dazzle Baby is fantastic! My husband and I had a great time shopping at this unique baby boutique as we are getting ready for our first baby. They were extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have been wanting to look into cloth diapers but hadn't found a place that sold them, and Green Dazzle had an amazing selection! The bamboo material in the baby clothes is so soft, and they have a wide selection.
