I personally know at least 5 men that were labeled as narcissists by this group, including myself. In my case, I went to follow up psychological care which confirmed otherwise. My salvation in Christ was not only disputed but challenged by Erin and my walk with God was just stated as 'just checking boxes'. She had absolutely no place to make such comments, especially in a counseling environment...in front of my wife. I was told ongoing therapy would be expensive, then turned to my wife and said 'you will be on a non-fee basis.' They should probably be reported. STAY AWAY!!!

They use a third party billing setup that will only verify online, and has no way to contact them to request help when their online form submit button is greyed out. Then they claim that the deductible will only show accurately if I first put in all my credit card information up front - I don't think insurance verification is dependent on credit card information. I tried to respectfully tell them this was frustrating and the person just told me how busy the owner is and that she is the only one who can work on this but she is so busy that she can't call me to get it sorted out, even though I've been messaging with them for two days and it's Friday and my appointment is on Monday. she just talked over me the whole time and made accusations about my insurance not being proper BCBS when it is, and they just can't make a simple phone call or have their third party make a simple phone call to get it right. They tried to tell me I'm still getting a great discount at $117 per session when their regular price is $150. I see it's all about getting the max from the patient even if they have coverage you rather they just self pay because it's more convenient that calling insurance.
