My pipes froze so I dropped off my laundry here. When I got home, I was missing a pair of socks. I called and they said they had one of them but when I insisted I was missing a pair, they looked in the washer and found the second sock. I had to go back to get them. Same sentiment that I have read in other reviews. Needed some pants dry cleaned and thought I'd see if I could drop them off although it is Memorial Day. Sign says open so I walk in thinking "alright!". Greeted by a guy with a hipster mustache who looked at me like I had just kicked his dog. He said "Um, we are actually closed today." That's fine, but don't say it rude like I did something wrong. The door to the place was unlocked and the open sign was on. I told him he should probably lock the door if they are closed. DO NOT take your clothes here to do alteration. When dropping 2 pairs of pants off for zipper replacements they told me they do that and it's no problem And was reasonable priced. Get the pants 3 weeks later & paid triple the price i was quoted. When asked why so high I was told they don't do this type of work. If I would have known that when I asked I would have taken my business somewhere else. read more

I'm appalled to see you purchased your work vehicle not only out of town but out of state. Why would I EVER support your local service if you do NOT support the local businesses around you?! I recently moved to the area and needed a new dry cleaner close to my home. I parked right in front of the doors and was taking care of some business on my phone in my vehicle before I headed in. While doing so, some guy (I'm assuming the manager or owner) came rudely taping on my window and demanded that I move my vehicle as I was parked in a space for his customers. I didn't even get a chance to respond when he shouted "like, now!" I was very startled and shocked that he would treat anyone that way. There were plenty of other parking spaces around so I don't even know why he did that. I took my business elsewhere and suggest everyone else do the same! read more

I've never written a review before, but my experience was so poor I felt compelled to share. I took in a beautiful (and expensive) cashmere sweater to be cleaned, and it was returned to me totally destroyed. There are numerous holes throughout my entire sweater. I'm so disappointed. The young staff there have absolutely no idea what's going on either. The whole experience was SO frustrating. Please- Save yourselves the trouble, and go somewhere else! read more

I highly reccomend this dry cleaner. They do a fantastic job! The people who work there are very friendly and personable. I have had my clothes dry cleaned, laundered, and tailored. They even did a rush job tailoring my husband's suit coats and got them done in time for him to wear out of town on business! I can't thank them enough. It is a great location, just off of 395, I pass it every day when heading to work. This is my dry cleaner of choice. read more
