Great service. Enjoyed talking the Korean owner. I think I will stop using Dryel or other similar home dryer dry cleaning systems because there are places like this. read more

I've been to this business multiple times and have always had good service; one of the things I like is their graciousness, especially when I show up with weird requests (like hemming shower curtains, reattaching torn straps that were "eaten" by my washing machine, cleaning the covering of a yoga pillow and then reinserting the pillow---not an easy chore), they've also cleaned giant quilts and did alterations---I haven't been turned down no matter the odd request. They're prompt and professional and provide a valuable service for this talentless customer! Kudos! read more

Just for giving an honest review on yelp about their business they have now given me 15% off for life. You could enjoy the same benefits. Wa hoo! (Great service. And I'm a first time customer. They appreciate new business so much they gave me %15 off. That makes me feel special. But wait there's more. On top of that they are going to give me %10 off from now on. WOW!!! This is a business who really values its customers. ) Also my wife insisted I update this review with how happy she is about the quality of work 4 seasons has done with her delicate dresses and garments. There was a dress that, for years, had a deodorant stain that couldn't get removed with repeated dry cleaning. So she just lived with it. Now that 4 seasons dry cleaned it, she insists "it looks better than when she bought it from Banana Republic." She says, She's gonna have to take all her clothes there now so they can be cleaned right and look like new" Look out 4 seasons we have a load of clothes coming your way! read more

I'm no expert in dry cleaning - in fact this was my first stop at one since I was drug along to pick up my dad's work shirts 25 years ago somewhere in Richland. But what a great experience. The gent who helped me seemed to be the owner, based off other reviews. Very nice, helpful to a greenhorn like me, and the prices for my shirts were very reasonable (and competitive from my light comparison shopping). Turnaround was one day and the job was well done. Plus, I got a dum-dum sucker out of the deal. Plus plus....doing dry cleaning means I'm officially an adult. Finally! read more

Four Season cleaner is perhaps the best dry cleaner in the Tri-cities area. Everytime I come into town to visit...Joe, the owner is always very courteous and pleasant. They always do a great job with anything I drop off and often surprise me with candied goodies found on the counter. I had this crazy stain on my favorite party pants that Joe quickly removed and pressed by Friday. Definitely the "spot" to go for reliable, quality cleaning....also, say "hi" to Joe. He's awesome. read more

As a person new to the area and looking for a new dry cleaners, I turned to yelp. This place is incredible. The customer service is so sweet and she always remembers I like light starch on my husband's shirts. They gave me a huge discount for being a new client and I dry cleaned 4 men's shirts and a pair of dress slacks for under $20. I'm not sure what else you need in a dry cleaner. Plus, they are located next to the grocery store I frequent so it makes errands a snap! They have rushed work clothes for me before without an issue. It's always a quick in and out for me. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Talk about being "takin' to the cleaners." This owner of this place is an absolute crook! He charged my wife to dry clean 15 dress shirts for over $90, when we have been laundering shirts there for months. He said he had it down as "dry clean not launder." He has also lost out clothing and took months to locate, making us feel like it wasn't his problem and we must've taken those clothes somewhere else, we were confused. I might be a slow learner, but not again. Avoid at all costs. read more

I used this cleaner for years because of the close location to my house but finally got fed up with the poor customer service. I arrived one Saturday at 2:55pm to drop off my clothes and the girl refused to take them. She was already closing up. I planned to complain when I returned the following week but it's always the same girl who never smiles behind the counter. I'll never go back. Neighborhood Cleaners is cheaper and has great customer service. read more

Four Seasons has a new owner, and he's even better than the previous one as far as courtesy is concerned. He knew my name when I went in for only the third time, and he put the clean clothes in my car for me. read more

I am new to the area and was using the same cleaners in Bellevue for nearly 30 years. Since my dry cleaning requirements have been reduced significantly, I tried Four Seasons to see how their work was done & to verify their customer service! Very pleased on both accounts! read more

So I saw high ratings for this business and drove out from Richland to get my cleaning done. Dropped off a really nice sweater to get dry cleaned, but when I came to pick it up the stains on it remained. I asked the girl at the help desk to find out if anything could be done and if not then no big deal. She said she would ask the owner and let me know. In the meantime I asked if they clean hats and she said they did, so I dropped off my baseball hat to get cleaned. When I came back to pick up my hat, I was notified by the same girl that unfortunately nothing could be done for my sweater as the stains are now permanent, but I would have to be charged again. I was very surprised to get charged twice for the same stain even though I only asked to find out if anything could done, but she said that she spoke with the owner and he said that she had to charge me again. I was very put off, but paid and left. Then when I get home to try on my clean hat, I discover that it shrunk to the point that I cannot wear it. So basically I paid to not clean my sweater twice and to ruin a hat. Never coming back to this place. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I am new to the area and use yelp reviews to find a dry cleaner. I am absolutely delighted with four seasons cleaners. They do a great job they turn around quickly. The staff is always absolutely delightful. I don't know why but I love the way they put the arms of your shirt in front and put a little clip on them read more

April 6, 2015 Four Seasons Cleaners 1821 Leslie Rd, Richland, WA 99352 I don't like to complain but I wanted to express my experience with Four Seasons Cleaners located on Leslie Rd Richland. I have to say that I was very pleased with the drapery they cleaned for me over a year ago but when I had 4 jackets cleaned they were still stained and looked like they were just ironed and not cleaned. When I dropped them off the week before I pointed out the areas of concerns on all 4 items and the young lady marked them with blue tape. I went to pick them up the young lady retrieved my jackets and mentioned that they could not completely remove the stain from a light pink jacket. I took off the wrapping and looked them all over and found that several of the marks were not even touched. The young lady became very defensive and said that I needed to clean them more often - unknown to her I have had them cleaned on a regular bases but not with Four Seasons Cleaners on Leslie. She kept blaming the cleaning on her manager but he was not around to defend himself. Now for the clincher is that when I was charged for the jackets she charged me $6.50 for two of the light weight jackets, and $11.50 for the other light weight jacket, and $17 for the pink ¾ length heavy weight jacket. I asked her why they charged me more for the same style and weight jacket and she said I told her it was a coat and not a light weight jacket. I told her I did not say anything like that and not to put words in my mouth. She then became very defensive. She adjusted my charges for the jacket and when I left she said thank you and mumbled something when I walked out the door. Word of advice, find out how much they are going to charge for the items and take record the conversation with any interaction with this young lady. read more
