They answered our questions and were very responsive. Their service and communication was great. The floor system looks really nice - we love it and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it. Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) It's easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesn't show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet. We're very happy with the flooring and our experience with A & B was very positive.

I hired Al to lay our ceramic floor. He did a lousy job and added charges that were bogus. He…read morequoted $2579 with $1000 being to remove the old floor. We removed the old floor ourself to save money. He padded the bill and charged us $2630, more than his original quote and we took out the old floor. He came and layef the floor and after the fact raised the price per square foot. Here is what he did: He charged us for 274 square feet, he layec 195 12x12 tiles. I only bought 240 and there were 45 left so I have no idea where he came up with 274. He changed the amount from $5 a square foot to $7 a square foot after the work was done. He said there was a pattern, there was no pattern. The tiles had different shades but not a pattern. Even another installer said this. He padded the bill in every area. He did a terrible job with the grout causing sharp edges in many areas and making it impossible to walk on it barefoot. He charged us more for supplies than the receipts showed. He did not put an underlayment down under the floor and after only three weeks the grout is cracking! He also has areas of the floor where the tiles are not spaced correctly. Overall he did a lousy job laying the floor and Overcharged us by over $1000. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

They told us we wouldn't need a drain in the garage because it would be angled to drain out. Water pools in every which direction. The whole thing was poured too high and now the skirt of driveway is a hill. They got concrete chunks all over our existing driveway where the 2 meet up and left cracks, scapes, and pulled up a chunk of our existing driveway from their equipment. I would NEVER recommend this company!
