However the new owners/management brought in new help and both ladies are not good at working on the areas I suffer from even though multiple times coming here they still don't improve. I won't be coming back and spending money here until some new massage ladies who are young and smart enough to listen to the customer or new ownership happens. I hate to write this as when this place first started as "healthy massage" the management and the massage ladies were awesome! Nothing was overlooked. And they was always improving and willing to learn. But now I'm concerned that such quality is not gonna happen especially with older more set in their way thinking. Maybe something will change.

We love speedy service). Emily was so, so sweet and commented during the massage that it seems I haven't been stretching and I've been slouching forward at the gym (accurate assessment; rookie mistakes I know, I'm just so lazy). After we finished, she gave me some recommendations and demonstrations of stretches I could do at home. She walked me through how to do an epsom salt bath (went immediately to the store to buy some) and sent me on my way. Now I feel like a noodle, all soft and stress free. I can't recommend this place enough; I know I'll definitely be back.

No medications that I was given worked. I had physical Therapy 4 times, and that didn't help. My first appointment with Louann was amazing, she understood all my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling great(just from the first appointment). After a few massages, I felt like me again. I didn't constantly have pain, the migraines were gone, I could stay on my feet without having to take breaks. even everyone around me noticed that I was renewed. After struggling for years to get my active life back with no success, Loaunn gave it back to me within a few appointments!

Not only are his his hands work amazing, but also the other modalities he has to offer including the use of a massage gun. I appreciate that Boghi has made massage gun videos that are accessible, easy to understand, educational and mostly provides pain relief. Due to chronic illness, my body has some type of constant pain and going to get body work all the time can add up so having these videos gives me the ability to help myself in between times if needed. I have a strong massage gun that I would always try and pound out the pain, but more often than not the pain would return by the next day. The techniques that Boghi provides is gentler and helps teach some of my muscles to respond differently such that I get longer periods of pain relief. I haven't been able change some habits ie walking that create the pain/tightness because of nerve damage , so this kind of relief management has been very helpful. In addition, there is potential that the longer periods of relief may start to shift some patterns my body is stuck in. I'm also grateful he's available for phone /video consults should I have questions and/or need assistance modifying according to my body.

It's rare to get instant relief, but I was barely walking well going in, and was significantly better after. It was incredible to experience how efficient his support was in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend his services for body work.

I tore off a set of nails that were getting "loose" and my toenail polish was chipping. Bottom line, my finger and toe nails were a mess! I called this salon about 7:40p and asked if I could get in for a full set. The lady told me to come on and it would be fine. This was TWENTY minutes before closing. I walked into the salon and was asked if there were any other services I needed. I wanted a pedicure too, but didn't want to push it given the time crunch. The lady said she had time for a pedicure. I opted for the deluxe pedicure which is $45. It is a little pricy for a pedicure, but WORTH it. The deluxe package includes a scrub and hot rocks. Since I am in the Army, I cannot have crazy looking or long nails. I can't remember exactly what type of nails I have on, but I love them. The tech listened to what I needed and made it happen. I left nearly an HOUR after closing. There are not too many businesses that would stay open until almost 9p for one client. The salon looks quite new and was very clean. There are even two special pedicure chairs for kids - so cute! I am very pleased with the results and the outstanding customer service. I plan to return! *** Update *** : I went in to have my nails shortened (since I cannot have them long or even the apearance of long). The tech cut them down for free. Yes, I am a decent tipper, but I did have every intention of paying! :) My nails look fabulous again and I have found my Lawton nail salon!
