I gave my termination notice, per requirement of the contract we signed, on unit number 69 which I have been renting for 1.5 years. I want to thank you for offering to your customers a reliable, clean and affordable storage area. During the time I was renting the unit I did not experience any leaks in the unit or damp moisture (even in the cardboard boxes). During the winter, getting to the unit was always accessible even though it was located in the back area of the storage units. The only reason I no longer need to rent a unit is due to my purchasing a home in Neshkoro, WI...so storage is no longer needed. If any potential renter has concerns regarding the upkeep or condition of your units, please feel free to contact me. They acted like they didn't know, THEY ARE THE MECHANICS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW OR LOOK IT UP, AND IT SAYS "DEXOS" right on the cap on the engine. Then, it supposedly took them 7 minutes to pull all the wrong oil and filter out, when it took nearly 30 minutes previously? Now I have to go somewhere else to get it changed again, because it might ruin the powertrain (basically the entire engine) if they just lied to me and didn't actually change it the 2nd time!!!
