Cheri made quite an impression on us because, despite not being an acupuncturist, she promptly returned our call. She was the only practitioner who did so. Although she couldn't personally help us, she gave us a referral to an acupuncturist who was AVAILABLE and did a fantastic job that same day! While Madison seems to offer many alternative medicine options, I don't think it should be lost on customers the importance of stellar customer service. If Cheri was this attentive and professional with us, people who she knew weren't looking for her services, I can't imagine how happy her clients must be.

Twice I had my rates increased by 20 and 25 percent several months after I agreed to a year long contract (they called it a "small increase" but it's around $300). They have continued to decrease benefits over the years (decreasing discount from 25% to 20% for supplements ordered through FullScript). And then I found they were marking up my GLP1 medication by 100 percent (more than $300!) from the compounding pharmacy they used. I only found out about this because of an error in the pharmacy contacting me about billing. For this reason, I have left the practice.
