He let me try couple different ones, and gave his suggestion. Been loving the vape I bought there. Great sampling setup they have! I loved the fact you could sit down and sample as many flavors as you like. Dave gave great suggestions, and has flavor tastes wrote down. 100x better then the gas station I used to go to for juices: at gas station I couldn't sample anything...would have to buy small samples and try out. Since I found a flavor I love, makes vaping so much more enjoyable compared to smoking cigarettes. Half pack smoker down to 1 cig a day after just 2 days. I'll be back for more!

They did not. I asked if it was something they had a possibility of carrying and they said they would look into it. The next day I got a voicemail saying that they were able to order my product. So today I'll be going in to pick it up. No more driving into Madison for me. It's also a perk that their liquids are very affordable and they carry CBD as well. It'll be my new one stop shop for all my vaping needs :)

Ideal Vapor is the opposite, it is clean, well put together and laid out. There are stools at the front counter so you can sit and talk if you like, there's a pool table in tip top condition and with plenty of room around it, they sell a few beverages such as water, soda etc. and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. This store has a wide range of products and good prices to go with. I run a small business and perhaps I think about details when I'm deciding where to spend my money, that others might overlook. But I think anyone who visits this store would have to like it. It's a family owned business and I'm happy to be one of their customers.

The tank leaked like a strainer. Took it in and the employee confirmed the tank was bad. But I guess the employees have no control over exchanges or refunds. I left it there and was told the OWNER would call me the following Monday. NO CALL. It is now another week later and I went back in. Same employee but he said the OWNER had not been in. Still waiting resolution on this. PS I have now heard from what I assume is the owner. After a few messages back and forth I get this. This is based on this review as it stood at the time. This is my first yelp review, and it's an important one. First, Jarrod and Kathy are some of the…read morenicest, most straightforward people you'll ever meet. They are not 'pushy' at all; they are knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers and trying to figure out how to make your purchase/experience a positive one. I first went to them in early September 2015 by referral from a friend -- I made my first vape purchase, but held onto it for another 10 days because I wanted to finish the carton I had just purchased and make the commitment to leave cigarettes a real one. I have never attempted to quit in my life, and I always said that I would by this age, then this age, and so on. Ultimately, the only thing I could commit to (to myself) is that when I decided to stop, that would be it. I had my last cigarette on 9/11/15 and I have never gone back. Not even a puff. And I credit some of that to Jerrod and Kathy's helpfulness, encouragement, and customer-centered approach that helped me to find something I liked and was able to stick with. Fast forward 1 year, and just before my anniversary date, I invested in a new mod (one that was much more complicated than my first). Shortly after that day, I began to use the system and was overwhelmed by the increase in complexity/options I didn't understand. But, I played around enough to where I thought it was 'okay.' Then, I tried a particular juice and HATED it so much I had to dump it. After admitting to myself that I may not have a clue what I'm doing, I decided I had to go back to the store to find out why I wasn't liking the experience at all. As a result, I made it to the store a little before 'closing' on a Saturday night. Except that they had changed their closing hours and I was over an hour past that. However, since Jerrod was there, he welcomed me in and spent a long time (especially considering they had been closed for over an hour) discussing my issues and options with me. It is truly rare to find people like Kathy and Jerrod, who wholeheartedly care about their customers and their business. With the new regulations, I really worry about places like this one losing out, and eventually folding all together. You just don't get service or an experience like this in the places that can afford to play the game with the Feds. If we lose Hugh G Vapes (and others like it), I guarantee utilizing a vape to quit smoking cigarettes will not be nearly as effective. P.S., I drive from the East Side to Mequon to buy every single thing I use for vaping. That's certainly not because Hugh G. is the closest, or most convenient option.
