He said in fact, they've had many complaints . This specific cartridge is flawed. It leaks all your vape juice out over a period of hours. He assured me they would not use these further but I made a BIG purchase a few days ago and guess what..... I got these faulty cartridges in my purchase. I would appreciate some effort to ensure these are removed from the p.o.s and not allowed to keep circulating. It has wasted more fuel than I can afford to replace. This needs immediate response! Their service department is willing to give advice so they can prevent you from having service calls. Seems like their emloyees' know more than just selling appliances. Not like Best Buy, Lowes, Menards. If you do, You better buy an extended warranty, because you will use it. Sometimes without success.
