I was only there for 2 nights but wish I could have stayed longer. The location could not be better - CSU and Old Town and several other restaurants and shops are walkable, and the bus line to travel further is also easily accessible. But the property is on a residential street rather than a main road, so it's pretty quiet. I needed to store my luggage for the day after I checked out, and the owners were very responsive to my texts. The value is fantastic for the quality of the stay. I couldn't have had a better experience.

First time at Hoedown Hill. My guy is a snowboarder and we wanted to give Hoedown Hill a try. It's…read morea short 45 minute drive, without the normal traffic - already a plus. First impressions - super cute place, lots of parking and outdoor spaces to gather, sit and watch and also grab lunch. The onsite restaurant, GrainHouse, was also tasty. Great craft cocktails and their apps were tasty. Service was also fast (we sat at the bar tbh). The boarding - good for the experience. To be fair, the pass was $60 and good from 3pm - 9 pm. There were ZERO lines and you could easily make 8-10 laps in a couple of hours. They offer a green and blue run. If you've got kiddos and live anywhere nearby, this is a great place to teach and get them comfortable. Easy peasy. They've got a Ski School to help with lessons too. If you're a seasoned boarder and wanna try something new, this is great. Don't expect mountains - this is a hill in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It's well done for what it is and you've got all the amenities with non of the hassle. Runs are limited. If you're good with an easy Sunday, Hoedown Hill could be a great way to spend the day. No regrets here.

One main one for adults and one other ones for kiddies. After about an hour you're bored. It's 35 dollars plus tax to get in and you get two hours to tube. I just don't think it's worth it. There is a restaurant on property I didn't eat there so I can't speak on it. Overall it's great for little kids but not big kids. Staff is super friendly though. We left after an hour. Art Alley (located between 8th and 9th Streets in downtown Greeley) is part of that initiative. It's really cool to see folks fixing up and taking pride in their city!

One issue is that, because we booked after office hours, the info texted to us wasn't accurate and said we'd find a map and our space number at the front door. Nowhere could I see that the info was emailed (forgot 'd even entered our email). So we had to just find an unreserved space. The owner was very kind when I called and asked about the water spigot management. I really think this is a great place and highly recommend!

We stayed here three nights while passing thru Denver (visiting family). Everything here seems so…read morenew! When we checked in, they modified our site to a better site that would give us some distance from other campers. It's nice to be able to spread out a little bit as it's not full season here yet. Site was very level, new picnic table and grassy area. The clubhouse is AMAZING- it's the best clubhouse we've ever seen in any campground. Just wow. Tons of comfy seating, indoor and outdoor seating; firepit, hanging chairs etc. there is a little kids playroom, a table gaming machine and a nice tv/couch area. If you were traveling as a group- this would be a super nice setup for gatherings. There is also a small outdoor playground and of course; a big wooden gopher. They have laundry facilities (we were on east side) and there were two big washers and dryers ($2 load / quarters). There is also very nice shower facilities in this clubhouse. There is a little library, a 'dog stick library lol- they even have a small basketball goal setup for the kids. You're about 30 minutes straight north of Denver on 25- make sure to take the time to go into the historic District of Longmont, what a great little area with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. We saw a notice on the clubhouse that sometimes they have food trucks come in too We paid about $75/night that included taxes.

Right now, the town of Frederick is having an "Active Living Event" that starts today, December 7th…read more2020 and ends in January 4th of 2021! Helpful, motivational, and a loving community!! Driving less than 20 miles by car, Frederick's stationary town can be found Northwest from Brighton, CO!! Do not let the sight of numerous oil tanks in every corner, stop you from gazing the beauty of Weld County. I enjoy driving through Dacono on US-85 N and finally getting off exit for Frederick. Aside from the humble, friendly and private community, the town is very safe and conservative. The roundabouts are a thing in most neighborhoods, but I found myself seeing friendly faces and lots of kid-pet friendly parks. The town has not yet seemed to boom as much as Denver, and it's a escape from the city life for sure. Similar to Brighton's country scenery, Frederick has mainly flat land ranches. Neighborhoods are again, quiet, but very inviting! I visited Frederick because it's Brighton's neighbor and proud partner in crime. Do not let media also present and show bias for this lovely, quiet town. It's definitely a blessing if you want to work in the oil and gas industry for sure. Also, I'd like to thank my high school teacher who brought warm smiles during my youth! She allowed me to use photos from this wonderful city to use for my Yelp Review!

As a whole I would like to say the town it's self is great and I enjoy living in the area but I…read morefound out when it snows it's as if they have never seen snow or ever dealt with it. Every time it snows there is never a plow that comes through so everyone over in the farm area have just figured out how to deal with this on their own. This last big snow we got around 2' and not one plow for 3 days then after we had a nice path and everyone could get their vehicle out of their drive and down the road they sent their super snow removal crew to mess everything up. Plow went through one time and we went from being able to get to having a 3.5' hard wet snow pile all down the north side of the road. I called and talked to the road crew supervisor and I would have had a better conversation with a wall. The guy actually asked me where he was suppose to put the snow when I asked how stupid you have to be to plow 3' of snow into a empty drive so people can't get out and have to shovel again. I guess with a plow it would be to much to push it to the end of the street like they do in ever other state that gets snow. But after my conversation I could understand why these mounds were left. Pure 100% laziness. The guy tried to tell me they have a lot to do well we were fine until you blocked all our drives again. Needless to say I took my truck and ran through the huge piles and knocked it down since they obviously had no intentions on coming back to fix the issue. My wife was finally able to get out of the drive again after I did this. I then called the city manager and left a complaint on her voicemail and about a hour later low and behold plows come through again to leave huge piles where we had just dug them out and run them over so we could get out. I will leave some pics of the second time through I didn't get any the first time I was to pissed cause my kids had to get somewhere and my wife couldn't even get out of the drive. Thanks so much city of Frederick for making it dangerous for everyone on our street cause if anything was to happen and anyone need to leave unless you have a 4x4 you aren't going anywhere. I think it's time you hire someone who has dealt with snow or knows how to deal with snow and don't ask someone else where they should push the snow it's so obvious where you push snow out of the way of everyone not in their drives.
