Scam company! BEWARE! In 2021, our chapter contacted GreekYearBook to have our first composite done in over 6 years because we had less than 15 members during that period. We just wanted to have one composite for that year as COVID has been hard and we weren't able to get new members. Now in 2022, GreekYearBook's Customer Loyalty Specialist is forcing us to buy a 600-800$ composite from them for 20 members when we are not interested. We are disbanded at this point with maybe 5 old brothers on campus but GreekYearBook is saying the contract we signed in 2021 had a clause that forces us to buy a composite from them in 2022? Our chapter never talked about that with GreekYearBook verbally or in writing in 2021. But as it's written as a clause in small font in their agreement so they are saying they can sue us for fees if we don't get a 600-800$ composite again. BEWARE of signing ANY agreement with GreekYearBook. SCAM company! read more

The worst yearbook company you can work with. Does not respond to emails, phone calls, as has zero customer service. Takes advantage of young students and charges a ridiculous amount for unprofessional service. A complete scam. Will not allow you to choose the date and time of your service, and will charge you if you are unavailable at the time they assign you. They tamper with the fine print if their contracts, and scam you into using them year after year. Do not give your money to this company. There are several other companies who are far more professional and accommodating than this company. Beware of their services. Greek Yearbook is comprised of fun suckers. They won't allow your members to do silly stuff in their composite photos, they claim that they check with your nationals on your pictures but that's a lie. So they lied to me on that front to begin with. Very difficult to work with and the website is clumsy and not user friendly. read more

I wish I would have read these reviews before working with GREEK YEARBOOK. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I had the hardest time getting in contact with someone from this company and the pictures took the longest time to ship. They are sneaky! They stretch the time by consistently making mistakes on your portrait so that you have to edit and push back the time even more. Scam their way into binding contracts consistently and take advantage of naive college students. They told our chapter to sign a document to "renew our contract" that ended up just locking us into another 2 year cycle. When the photographer came he assured girls that they could sign up if they were interested but it didn't mean they had to order the photos. Soon after we received an invoice saying that the contracts were final. Be careful using GreekYearbook and read through all the fine print thoroughly because they take every chance they get at scamming you into paying them!!!! read more

The reviewer below was right on the spot. Greek Yearbook is not a company that you want to do business with. They sign you up for a contract that reoccurs every year. This would be acceptable if greek organizations kept constant leadership over the years. However, the contract appears to be designed to take advantage of the greek system, which involves shifting leadership positions on a yearly basis. Years before I joined my fraternity a contract was signed. Leadership changed, years passed, and by the time I joined the executive board, our house knew nothing of the contract. When we attempted to cancel the contract because we could not afford it, we were told that the window for cancellation for that year was past due (a detail they conveniently forgot to mention in the exorbitant amount of emails they sent us throughout the year). And we were forced into taking another $1000 composite, or face a $900.00 cancellation fee. Months later, after the pictures were taken, Greek Yearbook was attempting to contact me while I was on vacation. After they did not receive a reply from me for two weeks, they took it upon themselves to pull email addresses off of our website, and then they emailed an angry notice to about 50 people whom they thought belonged to our organization. Many of these people were long graduated, and some of them did not even belong to our house. The email they sent out even included private information about me, including my email address and phone number. How unprofessional! read more

I've had better experiences with other photography companies. The photographer was nice and the poses were good; pictures came in pretty quick. However, the pictures I ordered did not have a general enhancement and the smaller pictures (ex: wallet sizes) did not come already pre-cut. From previous experiences I have paid cheaper for pictures that have a general enhancement applied to all pictures and all were already separated/ cut. The uncut pictures bothered me a lot especially since I paid a fair amount for them and I probably do not have the right tools or skills to cut them without messing them up. read more

Never, EVER use Greek Yearbook! Their customer service is nonexistent! I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the last six months... I've filled out information time and again for them to get back to me and have never heard anything from them. I've even tried calling their number many times and the call never goes through. All I've wanted is to have my past sorority portraits emailed to me so I can purchase them, but it seems they're not interested in receiving any business! Additionally, our sorority composites from the spring were shot in such poor quality that they could not provide any composites or individual pictures for purchase, only disappointing digital images. Hard to believe this is even a running business.... terrible! read more

Beware of Greek Yearbook. They have a recurring contract that automatically renews if you do not cancel it in time, and the cancellation process involves certified mail, etc. My chapter did not receive our composite on time for Fall recruitment. Many of the other chapters on my campus also received their composites late and not in time for recruitment. On top of being late, the composites had several mistakes that were remained unaddressed despite our chapters' attempts at communicating with them In addition, the photographer at the shoot was quite unprofessional and rude and insulted the girls' appearances or said that they were too difficult to work with for poses and etc. How hard can it be to position a person for a photograph? It's not like we haven't done this every year in school leading up to college. On top of that, many of my peers who are involved in chapter management have received COUNTLESS emails from Greek Yearbook, often once a day until a reply is given. We also received TEXT MESSAGES from them until a reply was given. How inappropriate. We all feel very harassed and as a result, our entire campus is getting ready to cancel all our contracts together. I have never received so many emails from a single vendor before or felt so harassed in such a short time period. I understand needing to schedule dates, but spamming 7 days in a row is not a good way to accomplish that while retaining a good working relationship. While Greek Yearbook offers the lowest prices, you truly do get what you pay for--substandard service, late delivery WITH mistakes, rude photographers, autorenewal contracts with an extremely early easy to miss cancellation deadline, and an overall poor experience. My chapter will not be working with Greek Yearbook again and neither will the chapters at my university. The company and it's representatives need to work on their professionalism and service. EDIT: We are also stuck in a recurring Bid Day contract with them. While the service of photographing us is free, to cancel, it is $600. Ridiculous! read more

We have been using GreekYearbook for our cohort Composite Photos for almost ten years. GreekYearbook is always clear about their timelines, and very easy to work with through the Composite Photo Process. Even if we have made a mistake in our timeline and planning, GreekYearbook has gone above and beyond (when they did not have to at all!) to make sure we are happy with the result, and that we get out Composite on the day we need it. We have been truly fortunate to work with them over the years, and can not thank them enough for their amazing customer service! I would recommend them without hesitation to all other schools or chapter trying to decide where to get their Composite done. They take the time to sit down with you and figure out the needs for your fraternity. We dealt with some really shady companies in the past. I just received proofs of my son's senior photos that were taken in the Spring -- at least six months ago! My son graduated from college four months ago, so what is the point in purchasing anything now? I emailed Greek Yearbook to ask if they were going to offer a discount for the belated delivery of the proofs, but - not surprisingly - I received no response...not even an acknowledgement. My son said his fraternity had "terrible problems" with Greek Yearbook and would never recommend the company. Meantime, I am looking at a picture that I WOULD have purchased, but for the fact that the proofs arrived so late. Why would I bother now? read more
