HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We had our baby photoshot at Stacy's…read morestudio. Best things about Stacey 1. PHOTOGRAPHY: you can look around in the wider Baltimore area and then compare what Stacy's has shared on her webpage. You can not find a better photographer for kids. 2. LOCATION: She lives a bit out of the hustle bustle of the city that means no interruptions and noise pollution so when your kid is sleeping, they are sleeping. 3. COMFORTABLE: Her studio is set to a perfect toasty temperature where my family and the kid both felt super comfortable. 4. COMMUNICATION: Super communicative and flexible to adapt to our needs. She send clear instructions in the mail and if any of the items don't work with you then she adapts to it. 5. CARE: she handled our kid as if it was her own. 6. PROPS: Generally studios are pretty typical and try to make use of what's available. Stacy specializes in kids stuff and it showed in the collection of ideas and props that are available at her disposal to bring out the best picture. 7. NO OVER BOOKING: when we reached, there was no other person. No queues or no other parties waiting. She doesn't over book and she doesn't rush perfection. Recommendations: Make sure your phone is charged because the entire session is conducted silently. There is a breathing noise to sooth the child for the few hours you are in the studio. You are in the studio for the kid and not to attend meetings. Let Stacy do her magic.

I booked a photo shoot for myself and my 7 year-old daughter on short notice, reaching out to Studio K late in the week for a proposed weekend date. Jennifer responded promptly and accommodated me without issue, even suggesting a scenic local sanctuary as the backdrop for our images (and her art form.) And art it truly is! Other than providing a sample of her work through the photos pictured, I cannot express how well she captured the unbreakable bond and love that my daughter and I share. The photos even manage to showcase my daughter's innate caring nature for me in what has been a difficult time for me personally. Besides her natural talent at capturing these moments and moods, it's Jennifer's willingness to allow her subjects to "behave" in a natural fashion in front of the camera, rather than forcing customary poses or staged situations, that makes the true difference. Jennifer and Studio K come with my highest recommendation.

I knew how talented Jennifer was, but I wasn't prepared for the total package! I went to high school with Jennifer's husband and during a high school reunion at their home, I saw some of her work. And, I thought if it worked out maybe we would come back to Maryland when it was time for Sarah Tate's senior portraits. As senior year drew closer, I reached out to see if she had some availability. Boy, am I glad I did! Sara, Jennifer's studio manager, was quick to return my call and answer all my questions. Because we live 5+ hours from Maryland, we scheduled a ZOOM call with Jennifer to discuss our vision of what Sarah Tate was looking for, to set expectations and to fully understand what we needed to have in place for the trip. From there, Sarah Tate and Jennifer texted back and forth on outfit ideas and how to prepare for the trip. Once we arrived in Maryland the day before the shoot, Sarah Tate met with Jill, the JDP stylist, and they worked together to finalize the outfits and looks for the upcoming day. This was the most amazing experience for Sarah Tate and I am just speechless at how talented Jennifer Hayes DiDio is. But, it's more than that. It's how truly kind she is. How thoughtful she is. How she can put together an outfit from some random pieces that could totally be in a high-fashion magazine. How she spent hours (yes, hours) learning about what lights my kid up. What she loves, who she is, how she sees the world. She's a storyteller for sure. And her creativity? Off the freaking charts. These photographs capture so much of who my daughter is. Most importantly, Sarah Tate was made to feel beautiful and loved on, every single minute. From the girl talk, to the fruit tray and her favorite tunes blasting, the day was all about her! The products are stunning! We ordered a canvas and two beautifully designed boxes that we will treasure forever! I am beyond grateful that Jennifer and her rock-star team lent their time and talents to make Sarah Tate's senior portraits such an amazing and unique experience. I would highly, highly recommend Jennifer to anyone! We have had so many people reach out to see who we used for the session, and we are always happy to share Jennifer's information. If you are looking for something special, this is IT!
