I noticed a bag of red onions set to be shipped out, and the bottom was rotten. I brought it to my supervisors attention, and they said, "It's ok, it's under contract and they will still take the onions and will only take out the fresh/good ones." I was absolutely appalled! I had then informed my friends and family about it. I didn't care if it cost me my job or if it put Chipotle's business in jeopardy. Rosa is so rude and unhelpful that my wife avoids the bakery department completely! I, on the other hand, will not let one rude and unprofessional employee keep me from any department in that store. I have asked Rosa time and time again for assistance in getting fresh bread, only to be told that there is none available to bake (even though I can see there is in the background) or that they first have to sell what is in the baskets. Both are incorrect answers to a customer. I run my own business, and my employees know that the customer is always right. I only hope that management corrects this problem promptly, because one toxic employee can ruin the rest of the team.
