Beyond tuning, I purchased a humidifier for the Kawai baby grand that has worked very well through many dry Minnesota winters. Of course, I'd love to spend less, but the bill seems to be in-line with their competition. In addition, they always prompt me every 6-12 months that it's time to tune (though I don't always choose to tune the upright every year).

Jeff took the piano apart ad brought the insides back to his shop. He reshaped the hammers. When he returned, he vacuumed the whole inside out before installing the insides. Jeff was knowledgeable and professional. It's obvious he has a passion for pianos. We will definitely have him do all our piano tuning and repairs.
