The excuse and apology we got was we were given the "trainees" and we would get the good girls next time. The last cleaning before Christmas was outright terrible, three girls and they did our 3000 sq. ft. house in one hour. It took us three hours to clean what they didn't. We complained and the owner said she would give us a refund on the next cleaning , but then she canceled the next cleaning giving us the excuse she had only five girls working that day. And we never got the refund she said she was giving us. Needless to say, we're done with Y&S Cleaning!

Kip and his crew came out to assess the scope of the job prior to scheduling and were able to come out 1 week later at a cost competitive with commercial land clearing companies. Kip was engaging and knowledgeable, making us feel comfortable him and his crew could do the job effectively. The two-day job was quick and efficient - they were able to clear away all of our cedar and the crew cut up enough firewood likely for the whole neighborhood! They even cleaned up at the end and made it look virtually spotless. Needless to say we're thrilled with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs land clearing for their property! Will definitely be calling on them again for future projects.
