The Company is a bit stuffy and they've never fixed problems I've had with their online systems. I'm strangely ok with that. They are an old-fashioned bank and they're cautious. That approach works for me. The Ely branch provides service with smiles. I do piddly business banking and In today's banking world, most tellers with lesser banks would avoid me. Maybe even run and hide. Instead of hiding, they treat me as a valued customer. There's a lot to like about the company. For example, when you get a Washington Federal mortgage, they don't sell it to another institution, and unlike the big banks, speaking to live people is actually easy. The Ely branch provides excellent customer service. It's a good company and a great branch. Maybe you should switch.

Janet always calls us, sits down once or twice a year with us to go over or insurance and up our coverage and help us in any way or form and is always fantastic with explaining how things work and what they mean. We have home owners insurance, all of our vehicles are covered with them, as well as whole life on me and my wife along with auto loans from them.
