I initially decided for chinese food from Great Wall Chinese Food, I wanted to order dinner for my daughter & myself, I ordered sesame chicken and honey garlic chicken. Honestly it was on point the honey garlic chicken was crispy and tender the honey garlic sauce was amazing. I've ordered from other Chinese restaurants they usually substitute the honey garlic sauce with whatever sauce they have on hand like orange chicken sauce. Try them they won't disappoint read more

Very disappointed with the quality/freshness of the food. Just made an order for several dishes for delivery. Rice tastes and looked like it was reheated and dried. We ordered vegetable lomein in which we had to throw in the garbage, three pieces of vegetables and soggy due to excessive liquid in the container.The ribs were the worst. Re heated burnt and dry even with all the sauce in it. Very disappointed with the food. Nothing fresh. Today we lost $44.00 plus tips. Never again. Zero stars!!!! read more

IT was all pick up , and they gave me a lot of food .The place is not a nice looking place inside. Cause they have a wall of supplies from wall to wall and chairs against the other wall . the service window looks like , a prison cell , all Inclosed in plastic , w two small windows . But the food is well done taste great , hey it does the job , it was well cooked , the lady cooking knows her stuff , I'm glad their open again they been here for years and yes I'll keep comming back . Finally a great local place that has some good Chinese food. The rice isn't yellow like other Chinese restaurants, the food wasn't greasy, and tasted fresh. I can't say there are enough of these places locally, that's a fact. I tried their appetizer of the boneless bbq spare ribs and I was in for a treat, literally. The ribs were soft, not overloaded with sauce and flavorful. I also tried their special fried rice and schezuan beef platter with vegetables in a brown sauce. Another great pick from this place. The rice had a good mix of meat in it and once again, it wasn't yellow, dry or greasy. It taste good. The steak with vegetables was also a great compliment to the meal, a variety of vegetables and the steak was well cooked and seasoned well. This is the best takeout place I've ever had. I loved closed to this place for many years and got to enjoy the amazing food provided by Great Wall. Now that I live further, I make sure to order every time I visit the area. Their food is tasty and always fresh. The restaurant is clean. Even the back area is kept up, which is not very common in this area unfortunately. They have great specials and the portion sizes for the indicó al meals are large enough for 2-3 people. Quite possibly the WORST chicken fried rice I have ever paid money for. What chicken there was, was dry (nearly dehydrated). Very little egg, no peas or carrots. My egg rolls were over cooked also. But the $4 delivery charge (which was not mentioned by the super rude lady on the phone) netted me a paper plate, plastic fork, and a couple napkins. read more

Fried rice with shrimp brings 2-3 shrimps on top of the rice when you open it (I guess to impress you) After you dip your spoon it appears like it was all a dream. No complaints, gentleman at the counter was nice and patient with me. Food was ready quickly. Price for a family meal was surprisingly cheap. All the food had flavor and wasn't bland. General Tso chicken was amazing, and they were able to cook everything vegetarian style just how I asked. There's almost no chairs in the establishment but I don't think many people sit down and eat. Definitely more of a take out place. I also saw on their door that they offer big quantities of catering. Hands down best Chinese take out in miami! It's New York style Chinese and always extremely fresh. The owner already knows me and knows my usually order. She always throws in homemade spice sauces on the side for free because she know I love spicy food. Their egg rolls are to die for and let's not even get started on their chicken lo mein. I'm torn about this place now. We've ordered takeout 3 times now. The first 2 were absolutely fantastic, curry chicken, chop suey, pork and mushrooms. This last time I ordered a honey chicken meal and got chicken nuggets. Yep, just like McDonalds. Terrible. I thought it would be like the buffet style, with veggies in a sauce, but no. It was white meat (which I hate) deep fried nuggets and a bowl of honey. I wouldn't pay $10 for chicken nuggets. I called and they said the dinner is also nuggets as their nuggets listed on another page. I feel I should get a free meal next time because of these awful (McDonalds) nuggets. I'll go again but will definitely NOT order honey chicken. On the other hand, everything else was fantastic. I'm a little worried about getting cashew chicken next like I wanted to do.
