Came here to buy my first mod and paid $30 more than many online stores. I get they have more overhead so it was ok with me and I got to start vaping immediately. Just be mindful that this shop really marks up all their hardware. The reason for two stars is the first visit when buying a starter kit everyone was super friendly, but all visits since have not been the case. The peeps working here act like a rude bartender, they'll sit there talking to a regular and ignore you until YOU have to interrupt them to ask a question or try a juice flavor. When they did help me the attitude I was given made me feel like I was troubling them. Don't apply for job you don't want to do guys! I'm a paying customer and to treat me like you couldn't care less that I'm here is a big no no when running a business. Now I just plan ahead and by everything online for WAY less $$. If I was in a pinch and needed something on the spot I'd head over to Vape Affair down the street as the few times I've visited them they were always a pleasure to deal with. read more

Visiting California, after calling 5 shops and visiting 3 decided to drop in at Grate Vape to find replacement Nunchaku Glass for my mod. Was able to pick up a replacement and a spare at a decent price, threw in a rubber guard also. Would go to again if in the area. read more

Decided to stop by after work to sample some eliquid. I've been stopping by here on and off for a while now. Shop- nice location great parking very spacious cool bar/layout Service- the staff seems too busy amongst themselves and their regulars to suggest new flavors the lady there is very crude and unprofessional. I would've liked them to be more attentive since it is a customer service job but unfortunately they paid more attention to their cell phones. Selection- very diverse variety of "Vape pens" and "mods" nothing different that all of the other shops don't carry from what I have seen. Cuttwood is always out of stock so if you love unicorn milk id say skip this shop or call in before to make sure it's available. Although I will say their prices are competitive and very reasonable. All in all the shop has potential but the owner should look into expansion and new products and new popular flavors due to this very fast paced and booming industry. I usually go to a vape store in my own neighborhood, but with quarantine my place has been closed. So I chose to reup at a vape store further out. They had great reviews and i was not disappointed. While i will still go to my local store, I am so glad i have a back up when I need it. Great service and had all the things I needed. They would definitely be my go to if I lived in the south bay. I had bought almost all my vape supplies here but last time I bought something it was defective and they refuse to exchange it saying they don't do exchanges. They just suggested me to buy a new one When something is broken from the manufacturer they should take care of it if it's defective. The owner contacted me and explained to me that the employee had the wrong information about warranty, so he offer me an exchange/refund and I got it. Still when I got my refund another employee told me again that they don't have warranty in anything despite I told him the manager told me that they do (but not on liquids that is understandable). I hope all this confusion can be cleared by the manager to his employees. Thanks again for making things right to a customer. read more

Came in around 2PM and there was a bunch of staff hanging out at the bar. I just started vaping, and found this place is more like a vape club than a shop based on the staff being friendly and pretty laid back. Grabbed a battery for about the same price I paid for my last one from another vape shop, so I guess their prices are pretty fair... but the selection of juices here was ridiculously huge .. and I grabbed a small clearance bottle for $2 which was awesome. read more

Great Vape is an excellent vape shop. I was very lucky to find them and even luckier in that they are just across the street from my job. They provide great customer service and are quite knowlegable about both the vaping supplies and juices they sell. To any potential customer of Great Vape: This is an excellent place to begin your vaping experience or at least purchase vaping supplies. There is a multitude of different batteries/mods available for purchase. The amount of ejuice is phenomenal! My favorite part about the Great Vape experience is that the ejuice flavors are try-able for free. You don't even need to have your own mod - the store has mods that you can use to try out the different flavors. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The reason why I didn't give Great Vape five stars is because some of the staff aren't very knowledgeable. This is easily forgivable as most companies regardless of industry do not employ experts for every employee. However, some of the employees are very knowledgeable. Two of the employees there answered my questions with experienced ease. I asked about a particular variable-intake tank and one of these knowledgeable guys explained his experience testing the tank out and even offered to sell me their test tank! This gentlemen even offered a discount if I wanted it, but also counseled me against the purchase as he didn't believe the tank was built as well as the price indicated. Excellent service. Ultimately, I am very pleased with my Great Vape experiences and I will be coming here in the future for my purchases.
