They were led to believe they had won a free vacation through a drawing--an announcement that brought a rare moment of joy to my brother, who is currently battling Stage 4 cancer, and his wife. The idea of a getaway, a chance to make lasting memories amidst the daily trauma of terminal illness, was a glimmer of hope for him and his wife. That hope was quickly shattered. Despite repeatedly telling staff that they had no financial means to purchase anything, they were ushered into a back room and held there for over two hours. During this time, they were subjected to relentless pressure, emotional manipulation, and belittling tactics designed to coerce them into signing up for a $19,000 membership. This was not a vacation giveaway--it was a high-pressure sales trap targeting vulnerable individuals. The emotional toll this experience has taken on our family is immeasurable. My sister-in-law was left in tears, devastated by the cruelty and exploitation they endured. It is unconscionable that a company would prey on people in such dire circumstances, using deceptive marketing and aggressive sales tactics to try and extract money from those who are already suffering. To make matters worse, this company appears to be actively scrubbing its online reputation. Their Google reviews have been taken down, and Yelp is flooded with similar complaints from others who were misled and mistreated. This pattern of behavior is not just unethical--it's dangerous. We had a great experience when we came in to the appointment. Everyone was very nice and it was a fun atmosphere. The people on the phone booking the appointment were a little pushy, but once we got there we enjoyed meeting everyone, especially Kerry and Hailey! We ended up buying a travel package with them. We are excited for our upcoming trip to South Carolina and we are saving to be able to go full out and book one of the fantasy getaways. We are thinking Italy or Japan. The staff was welcoming and explained everything clearly, and they did a good job going over how everything works and the different travel options. A place that looks, smells, and walks like a timeshare vacation should be avoided. Several of these people here talk about BYU and temple vacations, but it's only used as a way to prey on unsuspecting people. If the sales people here are active members, they should be excommunicated because they are putting people into perpetual debt and slavery. The staff that greeted me were so friendly and helpful. I received all the promotions that were promised me. The presenters were very knowledgeable and opened my eyes to travel opportunities that I I was not aware existed for me. Time has proven that if I work the system I go go to locations that are so beautiful. The staff was right. My wife and I have taken advantage of what we were offered. One thing I really liked was that they actually show you how to use everything after you sign up, so you're not confused when you get on the website. They have a ton of places to choose from and the prices are really good compared to booking on your own. We use our membership and it goes pretty well. I struggle a bit with the website but the member services will help me find what I am looking for. We made a trip down to Moab and visited the parks around there, Arches and we went to Deadhorse point, then a quick trip to Goblin Valley. Absolutely amazing. We use our membership and we enjoy it. Quality locations near and far. Had wonderful experience at condo in St George Utah. Clean, comfortable, quick and easy access to all the area has to offer.
