Down color and updated it to a white stain with black gutters and we are so happy. From the first moment I met the owner Jefferson I could tell that his knowledgebase to tackle a project like mine was truly spectacular. Incredible knowledge about the types of products to use, the color advice as well as all the nitty gritty of how to make the gutters aesthetically pleasing and function. First off the prep. This team spent days sanding, sealing, and refurbishing my 25 year house before applying the stain to the hardy plank. I was beyond impressed with the carpentry (very affordable) to replace wood trim around 6 of my windows, replace 6 sofit/fascia boards, and install trim along the roofline to help the rain water not damage the hardy plank cement boards like it did in the past. Jeff ( one of the carpentry guys) was also able to replace several pieces of rotted hardy planks as well. This detailed and skilled work gave me what now looks like a new house ready for the next 25 years. Next came the stain color and application. Jeff, Jasmine and the guys did days of prep to protect anything that should not be painted by taping and applying plastic prior to spraying the house. The work was very precise and lead to an outcome of perfect lines and transitions. I forget his name but they had an extremely talented painter who did meticulous work to make sure each square inch of the house was perfect. We had white 25 year old windows and this team painted the windows (not the wood trim but the windows themselves) a black stain. This was a big move for us that we were nervous about so Jefferson painted a sample one to make sure it was right for us. They came out beyond perfect and the house now looks like it has 100k plus of brand new windows for a fraction of the cost. Lastly but not least the gutter project by jasmine was executed to perfection. The removal, prep and installation were flawless. They installed 6 inch (from previous) 4 inch gutters in black. They are pitched perfectly and the crew spent days working on aesthetics to make sure the layout would not only be functional but very aesthetically pleasing. When the project was done the crews did an affordable but beyond thorough job power washing every inch of the property. We were very thankful for the detailed work to make everything beautiful. I would be remiss if I di not mention how helpful Chelsea was via email and phone as the project went on. Always patient with my indecisiveness which we were very thankful for. Carols was the only one that wanted to do it in person so he could be as detailed and precise with the quote. Gave me a quote Monday and started work on Tuesday. I feel if I had gone with an another person they would not have seen that it needed extra prep work prior to painting and the walls would have had rough spots and lines. Carlos and Carlos Sr. Worked on the project and got it done quickly but correctly. We a super happy with results and cost. They respected the property and the gardens surrounding my property. They cleaned up and kept things organized from our daily routine and for themselves. The workers were so kind and generous with their time and patience as I inspected their work and made specific requests as they were working (drain pipes painted one color or the other, foundation painted and repainted a different color, and details by the entrance doorways and small spaces missed). I called Spectrum Painting in Pompton Lakes, N.J. and received a callback the next day. I never thought about painting the shutters instead of replacing them. He was able to clean the deck replace the rotting boards and sand down any rough surfaces before staining. Our deck was in pretty bad shape so we went with a solid color stain. I attached a few pictures so you can see the difference they were taken when the stain was still a little wet but as you can see huge improvement. He really took the time to tape everything off and clean up after himself which is great because I have dealt with messy painters and over spray it's not fun. I would definitely use him again
