At 3:40 I texted her because she still hadn't shown up. She said she was still running an hour late at the job she was at. She told me when she was done that job she would text me and we could reschedule a different day. She did not text me back Monday to reschedule. I texted her on Wednesday stating that I no longer wanted her services to clean my windows but I wanted my screens back. I texted her again on Friday and she told me she had a chiropractor appointment and she would return the screens at approximately 6:30 that night. No screens were delivered. At 11:15PM that night she sent me a text stating she will be passing through at 7:45 for sure. Why she is texting a customer at 11:15PM is beyond me? She did return the screens after multiple attempts to get them back to us. Very disappointed with her unreliability, lack of services, communication and commitment.

I contacted the owner and she not only told me she would be firing the employee immediately but also that she would be coming back to give me a check as reimbursement. She never showed. She then evaded my attempts to contact her. Eventually, she responded saying she would mail a check to me that day. She never did. We have filed a police report and will be filing an insurance claim with her insurance company. I would NEVER recommend Triple J Cleaning to anyone - it's not worth the risk.
