Nick is the best person to call for concrete repair. This is 3rd time I had to call him to repair…read morecracks in my foundation. One was a crack in the foundation in front of my house. One was small crack in the back of the house under my siding, this crack leads into my garage which has a 3 ft cement wall which also had a crack in it. First time I called Nick was back in 2018. I had a deck removed and there was a crack on the outside foundation which went into the sub basement and which lead into the my garage which has 3ft cement wall. I was having a sunroom built in that that spot where the deck use to be. The builder who was building the sunroom told me to have the crack fixed before he would put down the cement post for the sunroom. The person who was buiding the sunroom told me the builders never put flashing under the deck & under the siding. I went into the garage and I could actually see sunlight coming into the garage from the crack on the outside where the deck use to be. We had torrential rainfall for 2 days and I couldn't believe how much water was coming in from the outside crack into the crack in the garage. I called Saber Concrete Repair the next day Nick came out to look at it. He had to go into the sub basement where he saw the hugh crack. He came the next day and fixed the cracks not only on the outside, but in the sub basement and in the garage wall. He had to inject the walls from inside of the sub basement into the garage wall and held them together with pins. Still holding together since 2018. Thank You Nick, I will always call you for any more cracks in my foundation. If you need any cement jobs done, call Nick he is a very reliable person and knows what he is doing.

After putting off house maintenance and repairs, I thought I'd get an early start this year, and in…read morethe beginning days of April, I got to work. We were planning on refinancing to take advantage of rates that were still low, and I thought that if I worked hard enough, I'd have it all in the bag in a matter of a few weeks. The problem is I kept uncovering new issues. After a couple of weeks I felt a growing sense of being overwhelmed. So finally near the beginning of May, I called Team Handyman. Tom came out and assessed the situation. I could tell that he knew what he was doing. A couple of days later came a very detailed estimate broken down by task. I picked the most pressing issues to address, and after relaying this to Team Handyman, they gave us a start time of the beginning of the following week. The following Monday, at 8:00 am sharp, Scott pulled in with his truck, and I have to say I've never met anyone more friendly or enthusiastic. His first words to me after rolling out from behind the wheel were a boisterous "Good morning, sir!" - with a hearty fist bump. This was no perfunctory salutation, this was genuine. Of course it would be all for naught, if not for the quality of his work - which was exemplary. And he was quick too ... and very focused. Yet any time I cared to check to see how things were proceeding, he stopped and gave me a detailed overview of how he was attacking the problem areas. It's great when it's so obvious how much someone loves his work. His most impressive accomplishment - at least in my case - was the replacement of rotted sill along one of the garage walls. Splashing water over the years had really made a mess of things, and this was one of the most dismaying discoveries I had made after doing some digging. But Scott managed to clear out the rotted sill, jack up the garage just enough to replace it section by section and then replace the lower foot or so of the outer paneling using PVC board. It came out beautifully - wish I could post a picture. Within three days everything we had requested to be done - was. And it was under the quote. Scott came by on day 4 (Thursday) for a couple of hours just to make some last finishing touches. We soon after passed a VA appraisal with flying colors. Thanks, Team Handyman!

A mason took a look and told us the problem, not sealed and not left to set long enough. Cannot recommend them, the stair repair should not have failed in less than two years ! They cleaned the carpets, vacuumed and washed all the floors, washed windows, bathrooms and gave a deep cleaning to the kitchen: inside cabinets, stove, refrigerator. The team arrived on time and the woman who was the lead person was extremely nice and her attention to detail is impeccable.

Omega immediately responded to my inquiry request within 10 minutes and had my appointment booked with ease and within minutes. Throughout the entire process they were extremely professional and friendly. On the day of my cleaning/inspection for our 1-flue wood stove chimney, two of their employees arrived 15 mins early, did a completely thorough inspection of all parts of the chimney, identified that the previous company hadn't swept the entire chimney so that's why we had experienced some back-flow of smoke, and then they went over all of our questions and made sure we felt completely comfortable with everything that had been done. They made sure to clean up their entire mess and more and even stayed longer than anticipated to double and triple check everything was done right. I couldn't recommend this awesome company more!!! Book them, you won't regret it!
