Be very aware if you purchase any product from the Fireplace Center of Kalispell. We spent…read more$6,475.00 and it included a software package so we could operate the fireplace from anywhere that had internet connections. This software package has never worked properly, as it disconnects from the internet each time it has been installed. The Fireplace Center falsely claimed to their software provider 'the reason it doesn't work is because our internet drops out frequently. Our ring doorbell, TV's, computer, cell phones and thermostat to the electric furnace continue to work properly and we have never known the internet to go down in the 2 years we have lived here. The Fireplace Center also falsely told their software provider, that we had been shown a video so we could reconnect to WIFI. We have never been shown a video, that is specified in the sales contract. Tread lightly if you buy from the Fireplace Center, as their integrity is in short supply.

I was having an issue with my furnace cycling on and off on the first really cold day of the year,…read moreeven though it had run fine leading up to that day. Everyone I called was booked, of course, until I called McCrorie. I had never heard of this business until I needed someone, but they had good reviews, and once again, I needed a furnace fixed. The woman who answered the phone, can't remember her name unfortunately, was very friendly and compassionate to my needs. She put me on hold for a minute, and then told me that she could have someone there within 45 minutes, maybe sooner. In half an hour Joseph showed up and was very polite and professional as I explained the issue and everything that I tried. He took about an hour looking over, troubleshooting and testing my furnace. Found an easy fix and had it working like new. He explained some further minor issues that I might consider in the future, but furnace now working perfectly. I will definitely keep McCrorie Heating and Cooling in mind in the future. Thanks Joseph and McCrorie Team!

In this day and age of overcharging and under-performance, CENTRAL Heating/AC/Electrical/Plumbing…read morefar exceeded my expectations. At every stage, they were exactly on-time, and the office staff kept me aware of which technician would arrive and what work to expect. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true "artist" with the design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with the installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly, but they ensured the units were mounted in a way that gave both good performance and did not detract from the decor of the home. Both trades took exceptional care to keep[ the work areas safe and clean, and they always wore shoe covers inside. When they left, the home was cleaner than when they arrived. CENTRAL did not disappoint. Gave me a great value, and were worth every penny I paid for the work!!
