They don't answer the phone. Their employees are dishonest and brake law, running red lights and cutting people off then slamming on their brakes. I wouldn't trust them with anything. read more

Justin was a life saver for me last night. Locked myself out of my home last last night while taking out the trash. He called me back almost immediately and then showed up about 20 minutes later. We managed to lock our keys in a U-Haul van at a storage unit. U-Haul wanted to charge us a ton of money to use their road side assistance lock out, but gave us the option to use our own lock out service. Luckily, we called Great Northern Lock and Safe. Justin was very pleasant and said he would send someone out right away. Keep in mind this is out of Kalispell city limits. We settled down for a long wait, but were amazed when Vince arrived about 15 minutes later. Vince was also very pleasant, as he assessed the situation, and knew exactly what to do. He had the door open in less than 10 minutes. We were amazed, pleased, and relieved. A very reasonable rate and super fast response time turned our crappy day into a productive one. We highly recommend Justin at Great Northern Lock and Safe if you need lock out services. We were locked out late at night when the battery failed on our electronic lock and our extra keys were missing. We called Justin in the morning and he was able to come in a reasonably short time. He not only got us back into the house quickly with no damage to our locks but supplied a new battery and did the necessary programming to insure the lock was working correctly.
