Update--8/26/2018 Owner reached to me. We arranged my rental. Picked up the day before with no problems- all items as pictured on website. The vintage plates and lace tablecloths were stunning. Made the tables beautiful as the bride had dreamed of. Working with the owner Tracy who was a pleasure . I would rent for them anytime. Her items are great quality. My dad, (a little more traditional), had concerns that hosting a wedding on a farm would feel informal and frumpy if I may. Highly recommend!! My daughter had a destination wedding at The Butler Barn in Beaverton, Oregon. Dress rehearsal was in PDX, Coopers Hall. Classic Vintage Rentals serviced both venues! We chose farm tables & chairs, dishes, glassware, coffee cups & more items than I can recall! We even had lighted chandeliers hung in the barn!! The staff is top notch & accommodating. Beautiful rentals for our wedding! Tracy was great from the start - she was quick to respond to my emails and very flexible and generous with last minute changes. I never felt pressured to rent more than we needed and felt the quality and uniqueness of the inventory gave it more of a boutique feel than wholesale renter (but without the overpricing some boutique renters can have). Our wedding would not have been even close to what it was without the gorgeous place settings and furniture she provided. Also to note, the delivery/pick up crew were right on time. We recently used this company for a large wedding. It was a fairly large event (250 people) and we used a lot of their inventory. Tracy helped us transform the vision in our minds into reality. The items were all clean and damage free. She had unique items that we could put together to create an individual vibe that we wanted. The delivery and set up was on time and accurately done the first time. I would highly recommend using them. The response time of emails, texts and phone calls was always timely. I used this company four years ago for an event and it is exciting to see how the inventory has grown and how far the business has come in that short time period. read more

Horrible, horrible communication. I initially emailed Tracy (the owner) wanting to place an order. It was all laid out - I had made my selections from their inventory on the website, listed it and the listed price in a bulleted list in an email. I didn't hear back from Tracey promptly at all so I called her the next evening. She told me she would look at the email and get back to me the following morning. The following morning came and went, and it wasn't until the day AFTER she told me she would get back to me that she finally did. We sent short little emails back and forth twice that day, and the last email I sent was asking for an invoice. I was ready to place the order! This was on a Sunday. But she never replied. So I emailed her again on Thursday, checking in. Still, nothing. I called her and left a message the following Monday early-afternoon asking for her to get back to me. Shortly after leaving the message, I received an email, not a call, with the words "Thanks for the reminder!" and then she told me she would send me my invoice as soon as she got back to the office that day. It's now Wednesday night and I've heard nothing. I have not received any kind of an invoice. I'm extremely disappointed as my wedding is a month and a half away and we took the time to browse their entire online inventory and chose all the most perfect pieces for the Big Day. At this point, I wouldn't be comfortable placing an order through this company even if I heard back tomorrow - their lack of promptness and thorough communication, along with not following through on their words and timing, make me anxious to trust them with my money and the fine details of the decor for my wedding day. So, so disappointed. :( On a side note, the brief communication I received from Tracy through email was kind and cheery. So sad this didn't work out :( read more

Terrible experience just trying to get a quote. Tracy responded immediately when I requested a quote and said the inventory I was interested in was available. When she realized the wedding will be at Suncadia Resort, she said the travel fees would be pretty high and she would look into it. Haven't heard from her in a week and a half.
