First time here for a mani-pedi. I worked with Ginger, and she made sure my nails and toes were Hawaii worthy. It was as much about a relationship as it was about the service provided. I feel like we could have talked for hours. But make no mistake, Ginger rocks! Simply best mani-pedi ever. She didn't know it but she chose the perfect color for what I wore to my friends wedding. My fingers and fingernails have never been so spoiled. They still tell me how much they felt like the royalty they are. I was stressing about the time to do my pedicure. So I loved it when she said "those toes cannot go to Hawaii" She was so right! I knew it when I stepped on the sandy beach in Waikiki and saw the ocean water running over my toes. I was a little nervous when she said, "I'm not cheap", but what she charged was more than worth what I paid. I hadn't had a mani-pedi in a while, and this experience helped me see why I need to do more. I'll be back! Already thinking about my fall color. Thanks Ginger! I also had Theresa give me a phenomenal haircut. She was personable and professional. She took time to get to know me as a person, not as just a transaction. My mom went over last weekend to see Ginger to do a mani/pedi. She did an amazing job. Granted it was hot that day but we made it. She is professional, always up to date with the latest trends in nail color and style. What I like about her, she is also very well with clients that may be going through health problems. So if there is something you would like she can work with you on. She is always available for mommy/daughter days, birthdays. So if you want to do something fun and festive she is available Just make sure to call ahead to schedule. She is has a wonderful down to earth personality. I'm very sorry to be writing a bad review since I go to this place every other week for my lashes. I decided to get my hair done and it did not go well. Aziza did my hair and did not do what I wanted. I tried to like it but when I got home, I noticed that the color was all choppy and it was not blended well at all. I asked for blonde balayage and that was not what I got. My hair is some ugly caramel color. She wanted me to come back for a second appointment to make it more blonde which I think is ridiculous. I've had my hair done like this before at a different salon and they were able to make it blonde on the first try. Aziza said she didn't want to ruin my hair which I respect, but now I have to spend more money. It's almost a trick to get more money out of me. The first 2 pictures are what Aziza did. You can see it wasn't blended well. The technique she used was not a good one. Since I was kinda upset, I decided to go back and have someone fix it. Theresa tried to fix Aziza's mistake but I think it was just so bad the first time it's going to take something extra to fix this. I still have to go back so Aziza can fix her mistakes but I'm not even sure I want to go back. The last photo with my hair completely straight is the cover up. I'm so upset I want to cry. I may or may not be crying at this point because I have to go out looking absolutely ridiculous. I feel like it's a lost cause at this point. read more

I was referred by a friend and coincidentally found myself breakfasting in the same strip mall. I decided to poke my head inside and say hi. My way of scoping the place, maybe get a card? I entered and had immediate eye contact with a stylist attending a customer. Eye contact was all I got. Not hi, not good morning, nothing. I heard voices from further back and had to walk directly past this stylist, within six feet, and STILL no recognition whatsoever. I reached the back of the establishment where I hoped someone might acknowledge my presence. Wrong again. This person ignored me as well. I made a complete circle of the front portion of the business, and went right back outside. I did not expect the red carpet but I did not expect the cold shoulder either. And that's it. if you want to be treated as a non person, I recommend it 100%. read more

Had my eyelids glued together after getting eyelash extensions. One and only time I'll go there.

This place is expensive and not worth the cash I spent there, immature and very unprofessional. I paid 160 bucks for my hair to be bleached, colored, cut, and styled for my birthday and it was horrible within 48 hrs the color washed right out of my hair. I got my nails done every two weeks and my last time trying to book Shawn was unprofessional and acting like a child. I refuse to go again. Its pretty sad I can do my nails better and the box hair dye thats semi perm lasts longer then the permanent they did! read more

I'm so disappointed in Aziza at the Hair Extensions on Eastern St. in Kingman Arizona. I went there with such high hopes because of a personal recommendation. This is my bottom line: if you want to communicate with your hairdresser, agree on a two tone color and a certain style and they do something different without consulting you, you will like Aziza at Hair Extensions. If you want the hairdresser to do what YOU the customer wants, you will need to go somewhere else. I feel like she gave me the run around when I asked her what happened to the other color, she said she was going to take a picture to post because SHE liked it very much. Regardless, It's not what we agreed on. I asked for a fluffy hair style, and not surprisingly, got the opposite - flat. At the check out paying my bill she accused me of "scamming" her. I sent a couple of friends to this place in the past and they said it was way overpriced for what is considered mediocre work at best. I don't know because I'm not a woman, but then I called to see how much it is for a men's haircut and it's a rip off. Just for a simple 2 minute buzz cut they already want $20 plus tip. When I asked why it's so expensive I was told I was rude by one of the employees and then they asked the owner and she said those are the prices. You don't want to ever call any customers rude or treat them the way I was treated. These people are unprofessional and rip offs. You can get a buzz cut for $5-$10 , why would anyone pay $20 for a shitty haircut and then have to deal with people being disrespectful and insulting you? I will not be sending any more of my friends here, instead I will go out of my way to let more and more people know what kind of shit service and shit prices they have at this shitty little salon. read more

I had made an appointment with Jessica about two weeks ago, since I work and have to request days off in advance, for a facial. I got there half an hour early just in case, then it turned to one, then fifteen minutes past. Jessica was not there to do the facial. Fortunately, the other employees were willing to help and see where she was. I had waited nearly an hour before someone apologized for the whole situation and would reschedule something with me. Apparently, Jessica had called me today while I was at work before the appointment and she called right after I left the spa. I am just disappointed that the spa would not know where the employee that had an appointment would be, making the person that made the appointment have to go through the wait. read more

This is a small town, and my wife and I were looking for someone local to do our black daughter-in-law's dreadlocks. After being referred to Theresa via a friend that got box braids from her, we stopped in to inquire if she does dreads as well. She assured us that she knew how to do them, and that we came to the right place. We placed our trust in her, and purchased a $120 gift certificate for the dreadlock appt. (It was a christmas gift). Theresa not only lied about knowing what she was doing, but also used the wrong product on our daughter-in-law's hair. She effectively ruined her hair by tying knots in it!?!?! We then find out that dreads usually only cost $75 at most shops that do them. Our daughter had no choice after being unable to untie said knots, but to cut all her beautiful hair OFF!!! Her hair was never, at any point, dreadlocks. Shame on you Theresa, the OWNER for lying to us, and ruining a young lady's hair!! read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I went to Teresa to get laser tattoo removal on 5 of my tattoos. She apparently had no idea what she was doing because she lasered one of my tattoos so deep it resembled a brand on a cattle. I was completely burned and cut open. After my other 4 tattoos healed (her work was very inconsistent on my other tattoos) I went in to show her what was going on and see if we could work something out. Instead she denied me of my refund, laughed and said "that's completely normal" AFTER ONE TREATMENT she told me this was normal. Instead of saying "I'm so sorry this happened. I messed up. What can I do to make it right?" I was so appalled at how unprofessional and PETTY this woman is. I have since then gone to LaserAway in Las Vegas and because my tattoo is so messed up they gave me 100$ voucher I think just out of pity during my first visit. They are REGISTERED NURSES offering this service. They were SHOCKED at how bad my tattoo looks. Please save yourself the money and the trouble and go to someone else. I would have rather had my tattoo than had this nasty scar. read more
