There was a nominal $350 materials removal fee, and the rest of the job cost about $3200. From the first measuring visit to installation took about 2 weeks. The installers spent around 3 hours on site, doing a fine job of caulking every crevice and drilling the faucet ports exactly to our specification. My biggest concern was affixing the undermount sinks securely, as I've read the undermount brackets cannot support much weight. The installers solved the problem with robust and elegantly installed 2x4 braces. The sinks could support the weight of an elephant. I very much appreciate getting this installed before the holidays, and not getting screwed. Thank you.

Less than eight months after completing my kitchen project, the sub par work is already falling apart. One of the drawers completely came off the track because improper screws were used, and the tile work they performed is not high quality. The paint job was done by non qualified subcontractors. We actually had to hire another painting company to completely redo their work because the quality was so bad. The entire project took far longer than promised. Workers constantly showed up late, worked only a couple of hours, and then left. The only thing this company stayed consistent with was asking for money. Alex, the owner, was extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and very difficult to deal with throughout the entire process. Communication was awful, promises were not kept, and the quality of work does not match the amount of money paid. Now I'm left having to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and do not do business with this company.

Perfection Kitchen and Bath should be named "Imperfection Kitchen and Bath"…read more I completed a total renovation for the Primary bathroom and had new tile and a new vanity done in my Powder Room. Both vanities were made the wrong size. The one in the Primary bathroom was 5 inches too large even though the wall was measured several times. It had to be cut down and it is still one inch larger than the wall is. The one in the Powder room was made too small and the owner Alex refused to make a new one the correct size. Instead a filler piece of wood was mounted onto it. If you are a woman alone, definitely stay away from this company. I was talked down to by both the owner Alex who once told me to "mind my own business" and by workers who walked into my home and told me "I'm not going to paint your closet door, I'm only going to clean it because I'm not being paid to do this job" and "I'm not going to regrout the Primary bath (after they had dirtied it because they didn't cover the new tile floor and grout when installing the oversized vanity which they then cut on top of the new tile and grout without covering it with paper to protect it) I'm only going to clean it". I was told the job would take 45 days and it took 91 days not including the day they had to come back to redo what they should have done in the first place. The week before Christmas, the week of Christmas and the week of New Years no one showed up to work. There was another week within my 91 days that no one showed up as well. When the workers did show up, they had an attitude that they were doing you a favor. My house was left filthy. Do yourself a favor, get a contractor and go buy your tile, lighting, vanities, hardware and shower equipment at Todel in Gulfstream in Hallandale Beach. Beautiful store!

He apologized for the way were treated, and he immediately sent out their carpenter to modify our drawers. We have uploaded more pictures showing the modified drawers and finished work. The owner was very supportive and assured us that he places a high priority on customer service and that he will work with the staff to improve things based on our experience. We would give the owner 5+ stars, but unfortunately, the experience before he got involved was not good. I was working on my project from another state and whenever I was in town Cine would make sure she would personally meet with me to accommodate my schedule. Oz did the install and everything looks beautiful. They were both very helpful in guiding me through the process. Not only did they do my kitchen counter tops they did such a good job I had them come back to do my window sills, steps, my laundry room bathroom vanity tops. I highly recommend this business. Working in South Florida contractors can be challenging It was refreshing to work with a business that really cares about their customers and does an outstanding job.

I hate writing a negative review, but in this case I feel compelled to do so…read more. BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY from NATURE OF MARBLE!!! They REFUSE to stand behind their products! . They sold us a DEFECTIVE marble slab for our kitchen counter as it wasn't SEALED PROPERLY? After barely a week or two, we quickly noticed our brand new marble kitchen counters had a major flaw.. While it may look terrific at 1st glance, we discovered that it is flawed .. Every mark, water stain, fault, OR blemish quickly rares it's ugly head and it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove any marks stains etc .( Instead we will now have to spend an additional $1,000 probably every year or two to RESEAL the entire kitchen counter top !) The Restoration company later told us this marble SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR COUNTERS. It was meant for walls or something that's not used OR exposed very much Our Sales rep Hadi, assured us that as long as it was sealed by Nature of Marble . It would be terrific .We were grossly mislead... It was clearly NOT sealed properly !! After we complained their response was to run away and hide behind the words "AS IS" on our contract .... No recourse what so ever period.. No refunds, credits etc BUT we instead MUST PAY 100% UP FRONT , and TRUST THEM to seal it properly... which clearly they failed miserably to do !!? They did nothing at all to help us I would never go back there and hope anyone reading this has the intelligence to take your business someplace else? Larry
