Took my RV for service there and initially gave a good review because they got me in and back out…read morein less than 24 hours, but needed to amend my review because it turns out they only rushed the job. I paid Johnny's well over $1K for the job but had to take my RV back twice to finally get it done right, and which is totally unacceptable. The only reason I am giving them two stars is they accepted responsibility for not doing it right and had the sense not to make lame excuses and try to charge me more.

On a Saturday…read moreafternoon our Anderson 5th wheel hitch collapsed and dropped our 5th wheel through our trucks tailgate and the RV ending up on the front jacks in the middle of an interstate entrance ramp. Being 1300 miles from home, and Johnny's service center being closed, I took the chance that maybe one of their sales associates might still be around. I was in luck, a salesman who was just leaving for the day picked up the phone and after explaining my dilemma, he readily agreed to have our RV towed to Johnny's service center. Monday morning 8:00am I arrived at Johnny's and the great folks in the service center immediately began working on my RV along with installing a new hitch for our truck. Each and every employee I came in contact with was upbeat and with an attitude of we'll get this situation fixed for you and get you back on the road.
