What a pleasant experience! Extremely professional, prompt, courteous, affordable, and great…read morequality. I received several quotes from many other companies in the area. They ranged from two to four times the quoted price from fortified roofing. Many of them, after lots of back and forth, would come down on price. Some of them would even either come close or match the quote. But, why haggle?! The fact that fortified roofing had the price that all the other companies were actually able, in the end, to meet speaks to questionable practices on their behalf. Fortified roofing didn't have to haggle, they simply had the best price from the beginning. They did the work quickly, answered all my questions, and were able to provide evidence that the work was done as agreed to.

They had a competitive quote, but more importantly, they did an excellent job and were very easy to work with. Joey, the owner, was on site every time his crew was out, often doing some of the work himself. He treated my project as if he were pouring a slab for his own property. He communicated when he would be there to work and showed up on time every day. He addressed all of my concerns that came up during the process and the pour. He clearly has been in this business for a long time and knows what he is doing. Joey's son works with him and is also very competent and good to work with. They both take pride in their work and the end results show it. I will definitely be using JRT for any future concrete work and would highly recommend them.
