My recent experience at this salon was traumatic. I walked in requesting a simple trim and style,…read moreand I left feeling violated, butchered, and genuinely upset--the polar opposite of how one should feel after a professional hair appointment. What was supposed to be a conservative trim turned into a devastating, aggressive cut that saw literally half my hair gone. The result is a butchered, uneven mess that looks less like a style and more like a punishment. I paid a premium to be cared for, only to be left with a physical representation of my distress. I feel scarred by this ordeal.

I used Liz again when my hairstylist had another emergency, and once again Liz was amazing. She really takes her time to figure out what her client wants to achieve and made it happen. She's a pleasure to talk to as well, cheerful and friendly. The salon is pretty, it is clean and it's a very nice atmosphere! Doreen was the assistant I worked with and she was also fantastic. I came into the salon with 20 inches of hair, now I have 12. It was supposed to be "even" but I was left lopsided and significantly shorter. The products used on my hair left my hair extremely dry and dull. Not to mention that there was a roach that crawled up the wall and onto the hair station where I was seated. I returned to the salon the day after and requested a refund. Was never given an apology, my complaints brushed off. I was told that they "should" be able to refund me and the manager would be in contact. 4 days later, I haven't received a call, they have not answered their phone.
