My moms hair has a few different textures and its nit easy to cut her hair and get it right the 1st time. I showed Stephanie a few pics and she really did a wonderful job. My mom was complaining the whole time that she was sick so Stephanie stepped up her pace. I felt like my mom was rushing her but she was very professional and sympathetic towards my mother. Didn't break her stride. Thank you Stephanie for being so caring and sweet. I also needed my eyebrows done and she did an AMAZING job. My eyebrows are not easy to do bcuz I have some bald spots on them. I LOVE my eyebrows. So if u have a dresser that you usually see and she's not available, ask for Stephanie!! I'll see her again. Thank you Stephanie . My mom is not an easy customer!! Lol

I said something numerous times and every time she tried to rectify it, it got worse. We left extremely upset and had to desperately find someone to help repair the damage that was done. 4 separate salons were shocked at what was done and saddened to see that an additional 4 inches needed to be cut to try and salvage her hair. It was supposed to be cut just below her bust and is now between her shoulders and chest area. Her hair was to her belly initially. I came into the salon with 20 inches of hair, now I have 12. It was supposed to be "even" but I was left lopsided and significantly shorter. The products used on my hair left my hair extremely dry and dull. Not to mention that there was a roach that crawled up the wall and onto the hair station where I was seated. I returned to the salon the day after and requested a refund. Was never given an apology, my complaints brushed off. I was told that they "should" be able to refund me and the manager would be in contact. 4 days later, I haven't received a call, they have not answered their phone.
