Should have realized when she said "I know you said you wear it straight, but I want to try something" then proceeded to curl my hair. Wasn't until after washing and drying it, that I realized how chopped it was. Sobbed till my eyes were puffy, and will be crying more when I have to get even more cut off to fix it. Truly disappointed, as she had been quite nice, but when I went in for a refund (I paid $100 with a $20 tip) she stated she didn't realize my hair was thin, and said that she didn't do that to the front of my hair (implying that I had done it) I left with $25. She had offered to fix it, but I refused, opting to go somewhere else. I show up to my appointment and I'm told my appointment was changed a month ago and it's now with someone named Alex. I was referred to Tish and waited 6WEEKS to get in and my appointment is mysteriously switched to someone else without communicating with me or asking my approval. They did offer a free cut but there's absolutely no way I would 1)go back to that salon 2) trust anyone to do a good job on my hair after complaining (rightfully). Worst experience with customer service I've ever received! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called Sweeney Todd about a week ahead and asked if anyone was brave enough to attempt my ridiculously long hair. Elena was up for giving it a try, and I couldn't have been happier that she was! I had never worked with her before but I sat down in her chair and felt like family. She is an EXPERT, and curled and styled my hair into exactly what I wanted. Getting my hair to hold a curl (it's heavy) takes a lot of skill and patience- Elena brought her A-Game. Hair was done by 12:00, and still looked as gorgeous after 7 hours of setting up, officiating, cleaning up, dancing and all the rest of the wedding fun. I received so many compliments, felt beautiful, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU Elena!
