I couldn't get in with my usual salon so I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance here because a friend referred me from work. I brought in a picture and showed the stylist exactly what I wanted. She told me it would take an hour and a half to do the color. I was there well over 2 hours and left with color that had bled into other panels of my hair leaving me looking like an orange spotted cheetah! I then called and called to get back in to get the color corrected and I was told that most of their stylists weren't available. I will not be booking again and would not recommend. read more
