    The ladies that work there really enjoys working there and when you walk in you can feel it. If you had your hair cut there and feel it could have been shorter or wanted something different they will redo it for you because they want you to be happy with the haircut. If there is any concerns the manager is on top of it!

Didn't actually reply to me just her yelp audience, referring me as "she" and "her". I think she's saying that I cut my own hair badly on purpose AFTER her AMAZING cut job just to be a crazy person and ask for another hair cut? Or she's insinuating they're photos from my pervious cut. But I'm not sure anymore because she deleted her comment almost instantly. You made some comment that I have the same complaints of this cut as I did with my pervious cut that I came to you with. You don't listen very well because I had told you my hair cut before yours was very blunt. One length. And it was actually exactly what I asked for so I wasn't saying it was a bad cut just that it's grown out. And I wanted layers from you to "thin out" the ends. But I'm sure four months after the hair cut it's hard for you to remember what I had even asked for. It concerns me that you cannot recognize your own work. I think it's hilarious you replied in the manner you did. You should have just reimbursed me, over 200 people have viewed my post. I'm sure it's only you that thinks I'm a liar. :( I also included a screen cap of the original photo to show you and anyone else concerned that I had taken that photo January 19th the very next day after the scheduled appointment January 18th at 2:45.

    I had a very disappointing experience regarding billing and communication. I have been patronizing…read morethis business for upwards of 8 years. I have made all of my appointments for myself and my daughter and never had an instance where I was ill. I booked an appointment via text (as is typical) and was never informed of a cancellation or no-show policy at the time of booking. I don't visit the website and am not familiar with any changing policies. When I became ill with the flu, I reached out early in the day at 7:53 am to notify of my illness. At 9:28 I received a response barely acknowledging my circumstance and getting straight to the part they are charging me 50% of the service. I immediately responded for clarification as I was quite shocked to hear they would expect someone to know they were going to be ill 48 hours in advance. I also was unaware of this policy. At 9:30 am and again at 11:30 am I asked a clarifying question about a potential 50% fee -- specifically whether it would be applied to a future service. I received no response for hours. Completely ghosted my 3 different text messages that I sent during those two hours. My card was charged before anyone replied to my messages, and I didn't receive a response until 2:49 pm -- just minutes before my 3:00 pm appointment -- giving me no opportunity to make an informed decision about whether to attend or reschedule. Had I received clarification earlier, I would have handled the situation differently and tried to at least get in there for the haircut portion while feeling terrible. Additionally, the stylist's page does not list service prices and states that services during training are reduced or complimentary, making the 50% charge unclear. I also explicitly stated that I did not authorize my card to be charged in my 11:30 am text, which again, went ghosted for hours until 2:49 pm. Interesting approach from a business that demands such advance notice. When I inquired about my messages being ignored, the Team Lead stated that the Coordinator chose not to respond to my messages (even though they fully saw them) because they wanted the Team Lead to review and respond. Clearly indicating a lack of training or support in line to assist customers in a timely manner and leaving me with 10 minutes of recourse after waiting for 5+ hours to my good faith communication. While the Team Lead states that I have signed this policy, I have no recollection of this and certainly wasn't directed to this policy at the time of booking. I have asked for a copy of what I signed. The document provided specifies a Long Haircut on 8/14/24 for my child. It does not state anywhere that any of the stated policy applies to future bookings or that it applies to other people as it does not even have my name listed under client. Charging a client without timely communication or clear disclosure of policies (especially revolving policies) is extremely frustrating. I would encourage this business to clearly communicate policies at the time of booking and respond promptly when clients are trying to do the right thing and communicating in good faith. UPDATE: Just want to update that my bank also agreed that they have improperly charged my card and reversed the charge.
