I wanted a fresh new look from a great salon and don't expect " budget cut" services or pricing. I arrived, checked in and ended up waiting 30 minutes for my stylist because mine was running late. Ok, no problem because I watched some great hair being done so I was so excited! I was also in clear view of a gal doing a pedicure and I thought I'd try that service out next time. Good to know it's all under one roof. After waiting with anticipation of the stylist finishing up with their haircuts and blowouts, the gal that fished the pedicure came up to me saying she is ready for me. I was confused.... My heart sank. The excitement was gone and I just couldn't go through with it. I couldn't trust that I would get the same beautiful results as an experienced & skilled stylist for my big hair change. I asked her if she just got done doing that pedicure and was a newer stylist and she said yes, I just got done with the pedicure and have been cutting for about one year. I apologized and said I wasn't comfortable with her cutting my hair. I never had a pedicure nail person cut my hair before. The gal at the desk said all their stylist do pedicures and didn't offer any alternatives. She didn't care that I waited 30 minutes post my scheduled appointment and didn't care that I was not comfortable and didn't try to find me someone more experienced. She didn't even sell me on this stylist either!! Didn't build her up at all. Retaining my business was not a consideration at all. She was all too ok with me walking out the door. Since when does skilled experienced stylist do pedicures on Saturday ? I could have went to "budget cuts" and pay 15.00 rather than 85 plus a tip. That price point comes with expectations of getting a trained stylist passionate about her or his craft.

If you have naturally textured hair that has curl or wave to it do not go to this salon. The cut you will get will butcher your hair in its natural state. I was told the price for that would be $182! When I asked why, I was told by Ginger that Holly charged me incorrectly and she didn't use a filler or toner (or something like that) and that's why my color fell out. I told her I would have no issue paying the difference between what I already paid and what the correct price is, but since they made a mistake and that's why my hair isn't holding the color, that I didn't see how it was fair that I had to pay the full price when my original price was 1/2 that. Ginger got an attitude with me and said "NO, YOU WOULD BE PAYING ME TO DO IT! NOT HER!" - and further explained if I would have come in last week, she could have done it for free... so last week you can do it for free, but this week you can't do it for the adjusted correct price when you guys messed up??? I want my money back for my original process so I can take it to someone who can handle my hair appropriately.
