I have the absolute best hair cut (rivaling the hair cut I had while in Florence, Italy). We also have a great plan to gradually change my hair color (which Sandie had personally created to achieve the best color for me). Instead he did zero layers and chopped the sides of my hair to look like a grade schooler. I am scheduled to get extensions put in and will probably have to keep them in for 2 years until my hair grows out. Days before Thanksgiving also. So, this guy, Tim who did my hair, does not listen to his clients and only does what he knows how to do. I honestly think he has no clue and I am mortified and what I am dealing with.
