Around that time, I was speaking with Nancy about my own skin cream and casually mentioned my daughter's situation. Nancy immediately asked thoughtful questions--about sugar intake (which was high) and sports (she plays varsity soccer). She then asked for a photo and quickly suspected fungal acne rather than traditional acne. Nancy made several practical recommendations, including reducing sugar and trying an over-the-counter antifungal. All of the styles she drew are $75 and I got a cute certificate of adoption! Suuuuppperrr cute. This was my first tattoo and my experience with Morgan was a 10/10. I had a year ago booked this and was unable to tattoo but I had finally gotten the chance to rebook & waited for the consult which Brittany approved. I explained & apologized for the cancel & she said it's fine & double checked the date with me which I confirmed & took off work for. I offered & added a small deposit to confirm my appt and waited another month. One week before my apt I received a phone call from the receptionist stating that my appointment was canceled... no reason. Literally word for word. Um... ok. "She left & wont be back until next week". Ok. One week.... Saturday I finally get a phone call that my deposit was refunded... no reason why. After a long wait.. finally Brittany came to the phone & said that she gotten an opportunity (a cruise) to go enjoy. I'm happy for her, but then explained that she will be making other customers a priority as she's now behind & would not know when she has availability to rebook... never have I ever heard a artist with such an excuse & push a customer away. Honestly... I feel like that's a load of bull. But sadly I was a very big supporter of the establishment but this whole situation was very unprofessional & very hurtful. I hope the future can be improved for situation as this, I won't recommend this place to anyone.
